Коллега приобрела испаритель, а он оказался бракованным. От покупки до обращения прошло всего 10-15 минут. Заправили картридж и он сразу потек. При возможности сделать возврат или обмен сотрудник отказался ссылаясь на документацию производителя, где прописано, что они не имеют права сделать возврат. Данная ситуация является нарушением законодательства.
