I was in the loft for several services: haircut (master Elena), eyebrows (master Ksenia), manicure (master Anna, Ekaterina, Polina).
All the masters are pleasant, they do their work efficiently, they feel the mood of the client (when I wanted to talk, they kept up the conversation, when I wanted to be silent, they did not impose themselves).
The receptionists are friendly, they will always offer tea/coffee.
I have been a regular customer since the summer of 2022, and so far no shoals have been noticed.

I hope they won't delete it. I did the eyelash lamination procedure in the salon! I did it with Julia, Anna, and now I came to master Xenia! We did it, no questions asked. Although no, there are a lot of them! I didn't notice any nuances in the mirror, only when I got into the car did I realize that there were a lot of them. The glue was not removed from the Pads. You can see it in the photo. And the lamination is done in parts. When I left, the master said that they would be nourished and become more magnificent, now it makes the composition heavier. The photo shows that somewhere there are straight lines, somewhere there is volume. When I wrote to the salon, they offered to fix the situation and redo it. I did it on Friday, they offered to redo it on Sunday. Ie, the composition of the composition. Or they will refund the money. I refused to repeat the procedure, the money was not returned. Eyelashes are already straight))) I did it on 04/7/2023, THEY BURNED my EYELASHES! And this was told to me by 3 masters! Three!!!
