I came over to take the order without any notes, listened to the wishes, also asked what we wanted to order, because I forgot, after 20 minutes the salad arrived, I finished it and it took another 15 minutes, maybe more, I called Ilona, and asked where the rolls were, to which her surprised face it was clear that she had forgotten about them)
She went to the kitchen to clarify the question about the rolls and returned with the answer that there was a lot of workload in the kitchen and she had to wait for the rolls for another 20 minutes. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That is, in total, I waited for them for about 40 minutes, so they tell me to wait for them for another 20???
Well, agree and we wait further, as a result, another half hour passes, to put it mildly, I did not wait for these rolls, I went up to Ilona and asked how many more I can have Wait???!!!!
To which I get the answer: "Well, they're getting ready."
After waiting another 15 minutes, they closed the account and left the establishment with an empty stomach, I don't know whose problem Ilona or the kitchen was, but I refer to the fact that the waiter just initially forgot about them, it's a pity that such a small thing ruined the whole initial impression.

Delicious food, good hookahs.
The staff is as polite as possible.
The music can be a little loud.

I visited on New Year's Eve, hoping to enjoy the festive atmosphere and have a good time. Unfortunately, my expectations were not fulfilled exactly because of the service I received. From the very beginning of my meeting with the employee, Anna, I felt obvious disrespect. Instead of welcoming the guests cordially, she behaved extremely insolently and rudely. This attitude not only spoiled the mood, but also questioned the desire to stay and continue the celebration in this institution. I came there to celebrate the New Year, but instead I was faced with negativity and an unpleasant atmosphere. Perhaps the owner does not realize how the behavior of individual employees can affect the overall reputation of the institution. I decided to leave the institution because I was not going to put up with such an attitude. Overall, Loft left me with an extremely unpleasant impression, and I definitely do not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. I hope that the administration will pay attention to the quality of service and reconsider the approach to training its employees.
