Hello! I want to tell my story about how I wanted to buy wonderful boots on the website of the loie Istambyl store.
Before placing an order, I found out all the information from the store's managers, contacted TC, clarified the terms of delivery, everything was fine and wonderful, the store managers advised me which size to take (it was a gift for the new year) and sent me an agreement for review...Everything is great, everything is great... On the website, in my personal account, I placed and paid for the order. I sent them the payment skin, the order number, they replied that the order was in progress, a couple of days later they replied that they could not send the order, due to some customs requirements, to which I received an answer that I was ready to wait out the New Year's weekend, and after the borders were open and there were no problems with supplies (I clarified this with the TC, with whom they cooperate) They lied to me that there were problems with customs.
Two weeks later, I check the information on the order, whether they sent it or not, to which I receive a response that I have no orders! And then I was very surprised, we started to find out everything and they tell me that the boots I ordered cost 150 rubles more!!!! And like I need to pay extra....
The order was placed and paid on the website, I couldn't think of the price myself, but I was refused the service. The money was returned, but the payment was in dollars and at the time of the refund, the amount was less, according to the exchange rate.
I would like to wish this company competent employees, and the managers themselves, to treat customers fairly and honestly, because customer reviews are the biggest reward, then people will want to come back to you again and again. Well, I'm launching a boomerang mode in relation to this store.
