Here you will learn how to value your time. We came in, we wanted to get a haircut with the whole family. The two women at the reception were typing something on a computer, and one was dictating. There's zero attention paid to us. We stood at the entrance and waited for about three minutes. ZERO attention to incoming potential customers. Neither "hello, wait," nor even "how can I help you." There's no one in the whole cabin. Now it's clear why. We stood for another two minutes, made sure that we weren't wearing any invisibility hats, and naturally left. Never again. You've lost at least three clients at once today. Not even saying hello to the customers who came in- I haven't seen this anywhere ELSE. And this place on Sovetskaya Street is a nightmare. It's a pity, you can't set a zero.
