I consider this behavior unacceptable and asked for a book of complaints about boorish attitude and rudeness, the consultant did not give the book, asked for the legal address, she said she did not know, asked to call the director - she replied that the director was abroad and there was no contact with her. We do not intend to let go of this situation, and we are currently writing a complaint to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus. This is a gross violation on the part of the store, for which there is administrative responsibility.
