The staff understands English at the elementary school level, which is strange; but they are customer-oriented and nice. The pool is simply gorgeous both aesthetically and cleanly. The sea is really just a stone's throw away, the cleanest beach and water. The sun beds are their own, in June and July there was not even competition on them. The location of the hotel is great, in the thick of things on the one hand and quiet on the other. The breakfast is a buffet, excellent, the most diverse I have ever seen. If the price includes dinner, keep in mind that it is not on the menu, and you will not know the composition in advance (at least, it is not obvious; maybe it was somewhere). We stayed at this hotel in the first half of May. Minuses: - I was not always satisfied with room cleaning. I don't remember if the dust was even wiped off the tables, nightstands, etc. The floors seemed to be washed, but not very thoroughly) It was dusty under the same chests/tables. It feels like they just wiped the edge off and that's it. - TV without YouTube) that is, it seemed like we could only watch regular TV channels. There were problems with WiFi. But maybe it's just me. He didn't really work) Positive: - the location of the hotel relative to the sea) it is right next to it. Free sun beds from the hotel on the beach. To walk from the sunbeds to the sea, you need to go down several steps. It wasn't a problem for us. Somewhere in the reviews before the trip we read that all the sun beds are always occupied in the morning. During our vacation, they were never fully occupied. And even half of it. Maybe it depends on the season. There are also 1 or 2 pools, but we have never gone to them. - kitchen. We had breakfast. We were generally satisfied. Eggs in various forms, vegetables, herbs, sausages, various hot dishes (noodles, rice, meat, etc.), fruits, pastries. They didn't leave breakfast hungry. There are tables indoors, and there are, as it were, on the terrace. - there are balconies. This is a plus) we originally wanted a room with a balcony and sea view. There are no complaints here) We lived on the 15th floor, the view suited us completely) We also bought a rope and clothespins at home in advance and dried our things on the balcony, which is very convenient) - there are many supermarkets nearby. And Tops, 7/11, And Lotus. All of them are about 2 minutes away from the hotel. There is also an exchanger nearby with a good exchange rate. Other points: The bathroom is spacious. It has a bathtub and a separate shower, which we usually used. Towels were changed every day. Also in the room (in the closet) there were 2 bathrobes, 2 umbrellas and 2 pairs of slates (but they are not disposable). There is a safe in the room. Upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 Baht was given. It was returned to us when we left. The hotel did not cause us any direct negative feeling. Will we stay there again?
