Extraordinary place with a great surroundings and nature

It was in January, a bomb hotel, incredibly beautiful grounds, a cool spa with an outdoor Jacuzzi, very friendly staff, and generally very beautiful. There was a corporate party there, and everyone really enjoyed it. The only thing for me was there wasn't much Georgian cuisine, mostly fusion European. I think I'll be back, the place is very ordinary)

A nice hotel with a huge territory. If you plan a vacation at this hotel, you don't have to go anywhere else. There are many restaurants, bars, and jazz cafes. Everything is expensive and rich. The restaurant of Kakhetian cuisine is most popular, but it did not work out. On the first evening, they came to dinner, no one reacted to the visitors, when they found a place on their own, the waiter explained in weak Russian that the wait was more than an hour. They're gone. The breakfasts are monotonous, not tasty. Nothing but cheese and churchkhela from the local cuisine is presented. One kind of porridge. Watermelon season, never offered. Have a great weekend, company with your food, and buy wine in neighboring wineries.

It should be understood that the Georgian five-star hotel is not the five arrivals that can be found in Russia or Europe. But Lopota is a wonderful hotel. Incredible nature, atmosphere, infrastructure, spacious rooms. You can walk all day long, and you won't get bored. Nice pools. Among the disadvantages are the not very good-natured staff in the restaurant, the smell of cigarettes in the gym (it connects to the lounge area somehow), "rolling" dishes - for example, we met cheese sliced for dinner in the morning, already in a state of excitement. Well, that is, they cut a lot at once, without bothering to finish cutting during dinner. But in general, the hotel is very cool, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart

The administrator is not answering the phone. They called from the security post, and the receptionist answered with boilerplate phrases.
A hotel has been built around a beautiful lake and there is no way to just visit it. We spent 3 hours on the road, so that the guards turned us back. Although we asked to at least visit the restaurant to see this wonderful "spectacle". The impressions are negative.

Clean, beautiful, cozy.
The territory is very large, there are many bright and colorful places. You can sit and spend time very mentally.
I didn't like the attitude towards Russian speakers because of this, one less star.

A place of power and beauty. A magnificent hotel in a valley surrounded by mountains. Stunningly. Fascinating views.We will definitely come again. It is very tasty in a Georgian restaurant. Friendly staff. I thank the reception Manager Henri for his attention and help. We will definitely come back!

We celebrated our brother 's wedding ! I've been to paradise))) lots of impressions! The staff is polite and courteous . The views can be described for a long time ... but the plush mountains that it seems you can touch are something)) the room is clean and cozy, but I only slept there))) About the food, a great breakfast! Whatever you want porridge, omelets, fruits, etc. Dinners at a restaurant on the lake with live music and wine from a horn ... it's something)) Japanese restaurant, I'm not a fan, but I also like all kinds of rolls)) whatever your heart desires ) I ate a lot of things, but I find it difficult to name))) I didn't go to some other place) the pizza from there was like everywhere else) I stayed on the bass at the bar) special respect to the guys for delicious Georgian beer in chilled glasses)) good music))) cozy sofas ... a nice pool is probably 50 meters) and on the back side there is a large children's pool!))) There was the first swim with the youth!)) in general, to have fun and stay with madame))) Great place!!! I really liked it!

An incredibly beautiful mountain lake with mandarin ducks, kingfishers and swans... there is a wonderful hotel around. A delicious restaurant on the beach, but expensive. I highly recommend it to those for whom nature, atmosphere and cordiality are more important, The guys are trying very hard, the place has a soul and charm. But for fans of the network level of service, it's still better to look for more.

Beautiful territory, and the place as a whole. A nice addition to this beauty were geese walking around the territory - cool guys. ))
I didn't like that they don't let me into the pool at night. The pillows in the rooms were quite hard, it's hard to fall asleep on such.
The food in the restaurants didn't make an impression either. In a few days we went around them all and got no delight from the kitchen anywhere. It can be better.

It's a cool place, I can safely recommend it! The food is delicious, a beautiful area with a stable, vineyards, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a beautiful restaurant with disgusting cuisine on the territory. The rooms are spacious, and cleaning is daily.

Terrible hotel and service! For the dates from April 18 to April 20, 2024, we made hotel reservations for 30 people and held a wedding for guests from Kazakhstan on 04/19/2024
I want to note that there are not qualified staff working on the territory, we were deceived at the reception that the air conditioners were turned off according to the rules of the hotel, because they still have winter mode (it was 26-28 degrees Celsius), and the rooms are stuffy like in a bath!!! At the Checkout, the receptionist said that they do not have such rules 😅
Booking managers are not competent in their work profile , because we, the organizers, were asked for information to enter the territory of all cars for the transfer of guests, our contractors on the wedding day and stupidly did not let us into the territory, because they did not pass the information in detail to their guards!
We booked Chateau Buera for 20,000 GEL! We passed all the information about the menu details to the manager , but she did not correctly transmit the information to the restaurant and there was confusion on the evening of the event ! We asked for a full check for 20,000 Lari, which the administrator of the Chateau Buera restaurant refused to provide to us and blamed each other for their lack of competence and professionalism, and until 5 a.m. on the wedding day we solved this issue and the bride and groom were very upset
The restaurant level of this hotel is a tavern with a big name! The hotel and Resort is not 5* , but 3* maximum with the most terrible service of an incompetent staff!

Great hotel! A small oasis with fauna , pools , vineyards . The service is at a high level , everyone is friendly. The food is delicious and varied . I will definitely come back to rest! Convenient location , there are many wine producers' houses around the hotel , you can go on an excursion.

High-quality rooms, cool territory, interesting concept. But:
1. They gave the previously flooded room (all the baseboards are swollen, the door box is swollen, the plasterboard ceiling in the bathroom bends);
2. There was an empty mini-bar and there was no bike (other friends had everything);
3. The service leaves much to be desired: in some restaurants, the wait is up to 2 hours.

We had a family vacation. I really liked it. The hotel is located around the lake. A full-fledged outdoor recreation surrounded by mountains and vineyards. Food for every taste. Its own winery of Degustation, masterclasses for the production of churchkhella, bread. Quad biking, catamarans. Pools are located in almost every building. Holidays for every taste!

If you want to visit a nice hotel with a fresh room stock in a pleasant location that exactly matches the picture, but spoil your impression of Georgia, Georgian hospitality, Georgian cuisine and service, or God forbid to form it - be sure to visit Lopota. And now in order:
1. You will be accommodated in the junior suite for a substantial amount of 15 degrees by the standards of Georgia. The air conditioning (heating) system works so wonderfully that the air temperature in the room reached 20 degrees only a day later. The bathroom was not heated at all, the tiled floor made it literally flutter from the shower.
2. A little more about the room: I didn't catch the Internet, the TV didn't work, I couldn't get through to the room service.
3. At some point, the observers of our romantic trip were discovered on the window of the room - two hefty bedbugs😊
4. We made three attempts to eat at the hotel, two of which were categorically unsuccessful: Kakheti corner, chateau and rumservice (which turned out to be the only edible and digestible one). In the Kakheti corner, "real Georgian cuisine" was served "with sourness" and a slight feeling of staleness. A completely new and inedible interpretation of French cuisine was discovered in the Chateau, which is strictly not recommended for tasting. In fairness, we were pleased with the baked (it's a pity that it's cold) from the menu of the rumservice suluguni cheese with mint sauce, but pepperoni pizza was more like khachapuri with cheap sliced sausage.

We stayed at the hotel for only 1 day in mid-June. From what is worth noting: the buildings are located at a decent distance from each other and pools, restaurants, as well as varying degrees of "novelty". I really liked the Kakheti courtyard restaurant. The Italian restaurant for Georgia (where it is still better to eat local cuisine) was also on the level.

The hotel is wonderful, the place is beautiful, but I didn't really like Georgia. Everything costs 3 times more expensive than in Russia. The capital is dirty, the attitude towards Russians is bad, the local population makes a demonstrative appearance that they do not understand Russian. In general, I think that without an urgent need, there is no more foot in this country.

This is a uniquely cool place for a secluded quiet holiday - several pools, restaurants, a private lake around which you can walk, lots of places to sit.

A gorgeous secluded place - a lake, mountains, a vineyard, a fish pond, outdoor and indoor pools, large rooms with huge terraces and balconies. There is everything for a calm measured rest from the hustle and bustle of a couple or family. Not for fans of youth get-togethers for little money!

It's expensive, but worth it. A wonderful place, nature and relaxation, a magnificent SPA, fishing on request. Wonderful gazebos in the evening on the lake with campfires lit to make it warmer.

Everything is 5 stars, very beautiful, the pond is huge, you can fish! There are a lot of huge White Cupids, catfish swim very close, ducks can be fed dried bread lies in a basket in the dining room, a chic restaurant, a cool Spa center. A million photos and only pleasant memories!
