Very nice budget hotel, but clean, stylish, quiet. I expected the worst, but it's really a very nice hotel. On the downside (for some it may not be about anything), there is no cafe where you can have breakfast. Breakfast is carried to the room, so you need to tell the time in advance and there are no toothbrushes, in the presence of everything else (shampoos, gels, slippers, bathrobes) and if someone needs a view, then there is practically none, and even then there are 2 rooms, you need to write in advance, since the rooms were occupied when we arrived. The photos may be slightly edited, but the hotel is good, compared to other hotels in Istanbul for the money. We have a deluxe room for 3 people, the area for the third person is very well separated. The hotel is located on a mountain, keep in mind, there is a tram stop nearby, Galata Tower is a 15-minute walk away, Bosphorus is 10-12 minutes away, Istiklal is 15 minutes away. We are resting here now (05/15/25). And what is also very important, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

The hotel does not provide the rooms you are booking! A "Presidential Suite" with a terrace and a view of the Bosphorus on the 6th floor was booked for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room was occupied and were accommodated on the third floor in a room with a view of the windows of neighboring houses, without a balcony. Two days later, I had to pack up and move to the 6th floor, supposedly to a reserved room, but it was not the "Presidential Suite", it was a room next to it without a sea view, without a hammam and with a terrace in the shade. The inconvenience was “compensated” with free breakfasts, which are delivered to the room on small trays in the morning. THE WORST! After returning, I had to plan another trip to Istanbul. I checked, and the Presidential Suite was available on booking.com . Having experience with the hotel, I wrote them a message, and they replied sweetly that they had booked this room for these dates, and confirmed it with a screenshot from their system. Thus, this is a systemic deception on the part of the hotel. You can book any rooms on the aggregator sites, but as a result you will receive the room that is available at the time of your arrival. Maybe you'll get lucky. And more. A few days before the trip, I corresponded with the hotel, clarifying that the reservation was in order, coordinating the transfer from the airport. NONE of the staff mentioned that my number would be unavailable. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

We booked the hotel through booking, looked at the perfect photos and read all the positive reviews there. But how disappointed we were when we crossed the threshold of the room. Read who wants to stay at this hotel and think about whether you should do it. The receptionist at the reception told us that a refund will be made without penalty for canceling the reservation. And as a result, they say and deceive booking that they offered us another room to solve this problem, but in fact on the day of our arrival they had no other available rooms and they offered only the next day, to which we refused and said that it was impossible to spend even one night in this room. Not only was the room not cleaned, there was dust everywhere, dirty floors and plumbing, a stained kitchen set and yellow towels. The room itself requires urgent cosmetic repairs, since apparently there was a flood and the wallpaper on the walls was peeling, and the worst thing was that the floors were opened next to the bed and mold was visible there.
