We will send a large parcel from Almaty to Moscow, it was agreed in advance, there will be a hundred SMS messages in a few days and they will be delivered to the door. In fact, they called an hour in advance and faced the fact that they would arrive. I thought the delivery was to karthira and agreed to take it, there was a disabled grandmother at home with a baby. As a result, the courier left at the entrance and left, but did not respond to a request for help (even for money). After that, I tried to contact the logistics staff, who accused me of being my own fault, I didn't have to send a large package. Rudeness and complete lies!!! I do not recommend this company!

In St. Petersburg, outdated SMS messages are sent as an alert, which few people read anymore, they call in 10 minutes, they are rude, they do everything to keep the parcel with them. There is no task to deliver a parcel for Vladimir the deliverer

In St. Petersburg, if you do not answer the call this second, you will be told off, they will say that you did not get through. Then they will lie that they waited in the yard for an hour, and they will yell as if they were interrogating "Who are you?" and make them sign first, and only then they will give out the cargo. And, yes, if the driver denies everything, then nothing happened. Keep this in mind.
