I ordered a sushi burger here. The order was accepted quickly and prepared in the shortest possible time. I can tell by the dish, everything was wonderful. I would like to highlight an interesting idea of combining sushi and a burger.

The food is delicious, but they were misled by the action by the fact that if the delivery is more than 60 minutes, then they get pizza for free. Nothing else was written on the advertisement itself except for 60 minutes. Our order was delivered for 1.5 hours and we wrote about it in WhatsApp, but we were told that the promotion was not valid after 7 p.m. and there were difficult weather conditions, which is why we could not deliver in an hour. It sounds like a very clear excuse and justification for your mistake in the form of this action. Thus, they misled us and possibly other people. Everything is fine in other aspects. The food was hot and delicious, I write a review without negativity, I just expressed my opinion about the apparently "fake" promotion.

I am a regular customer of Sushi Salmon. On February 21, I placed an order that was delivered 30 minutes late. I immediately asked the operator if a promo code for the pizza would be provided as stated, to which the operator said that they would contact me and give me a promo code for the pizza. During the week, I asked if they would contact me, since no one wrote to me. Every time I was fed promises that the management would contact me, but it never happened. Yesterday I wanted to place an order and finally use the promo code that I was promised. To which I received the answer that there are no more promo codes and the management has told me to give you a 10% discount. Although a promo code for pizza was initially announced. When I asked the management to contact me, they ignored me and gagged me with this 10 discount.% It's not about the promo code anymore, but about the attitude, like take this discount and shut your mouth. IT IS VERY SAD THAT IN OUR CITY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT customer orientation IS… The management is apparently not trained to resolve conflicts with customers, instead they force operators to solve these problems) poor operators are trying to get in touch with their own management… I'm attaching a photo)
