Great hotel in the city center! Quiet, calm, cozy. There is a sauna, a fitness room, and a swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts. There is something to eat for every taste. The service is attentive. Daily cleaning service. Bathrobes, slippers, everything for hygiene is there. I'm thrilled.

Excellent hotel, luxurious beds, clean rooms, has its own outdoor pool. Very decent breakfasts. But I would not recommend the menu of an Italian restaurant, the prices are high, and the cooking is frankly weak. There is an exchanger right at the reception.

One of the oldest buildings that survived the earthquake, but everything is very stylish. It is located in the city center, near a beautiful park, fountains. The staff is very polite and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The hotel has a centralized air conditioning system, and it was very hot for us in the room. At first we were offered to look at several rooms, but the temperature in them was the same as in our room, then we were offered a room with a humidifier that lowered the temperature by a couple of degrees. Very varied and delicious breakfasts. On the 6th floor there is a restaurant with an open veranda, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, where it is good to swim at lunch. I recommend the hotel.

Great hotel. The perfect location. Super service. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, which is very important in summer. The breakfasts are excellent. The price tag would be lowered by 20 percent and then one could say that the hotel is the best.

A great hotel of a high European level. It's expensive, but it's worth it. The rooms are excellent with lovely beds and the most delicate bedding. Everything is very clean and cozy. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. Excellent breakfasts for every taste and color, even Chinese-Korean cuisine is presented. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The hotel has a convenient ATM and an exchange office (although the exchange rate is not as profitable as at the airport). There are no complaints, even if you try very hard to come up with them. I recommend it!

Clean and comfortable. Some rooms require minor repairs, but absolutely not tragic. Since the owners are Koreans, the breakfast menu (Swedish.table) a lot of Korean dishes, but everything is within reason, there are no thermonuclear things. Sometimes live music is played (a local young lady plays the piano, and quite decently). WiFi by code, catches better downstairs, is acceptable in the rooms, weak in the corridors (at least with me). The electricity was cut off a couple of times, but very briefly and the hotel has nothing to do with it, this is a problem on the network. Nice neighborhood. 15-20 minutes walk from Amir Temur Square and a number of other good places, opposite is the local bolshoi theater, next to something like a promenade with a different razvekalov (something in between VDNKH to Sobyanin and the Old Arbat)

The hotel is located very conveniently for tourists, within walking distance of museums, galleries, Broadway pedestrian street. We stayed in a room with two beds with a small child. The mattress and bed linen are comfortable and clean. But the furniture and plumbing were not new, nothing fell off, but it was clear that the condition was used. But this is not the most important thing for which it is worth staying here, the main thing is, of course, breakfast. The choice of dishes is huge, here you can have breakfast and lunch at once. The cuisine is European and Asian, ranging from croissants with freshly ground coffee and freshly squeezed pomegranate juice to Korean Kimchi-tige soups with steamed rice. The staff is friendly and courteous. The fitness center has fitness equipment, a sauna in a used condition, but you can practice and steam.

The location is the best, in my opinion: the Opera and Ballet Theater opposite, Independence Square and art gallery on the left, the Museum of Uzbekistan (former history and archeology) on the back, blue domes square with the iconic restaurant of the 70s - blue domes on the right. The staff is young, well-trained, very helpful, nothing superfluous. Wonderful Russian language, thank you for remembering. Luxurious fresh roses in the lobby, floral installations in the restaurant, breakfasts with Chinese exclusives, freshly squeezed juices (pomegranate, Uzbek tomato!!) There is no abundance (especially baking) and thank God. Salmon alternated with sturgeon. The room is large, the bathroom has a bathtub. You are drowning in pillows, mattresses, a feather bed type blanket, but a light cloud. The main thing is that spring is in the city!

For fans of Korean food, it's a godsend: you can't find so much Korean for breakfast anywhere. Otherwise, the breakfasts are normal, you won't go hungry, but without a special abundance of euro dishes. Very tasty bread, honey in honeycombs, raisins, nuts; a pleasant restaurant hall, flooded with sunshine in the morning, lifts the mood. The service is friendly in an Asian way, all the staff greets, no one has ever passed by dryly, everyone welcomes guests. The cleanliness and quality of the cleaning are average. There is a kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the room. Slippers, bathrobes, cotton swabs, discs, toothbrushes with paste (but they don't always change, it probably depends on the cleaner). The location in the center is convenient. There are many autographs of stars from different countries (actors, singers, public figures) on the wall in the lobby - so the hotel is not old, but "with a rich history".

Over the past 6-7 years, I have been forced to stay in other hotels in Tashkent only when there were no places in Lotte City Palace. This year, the Korean hotel chain operator extended the lease for a new period, updated all the furniture in the halls and the restaurant. Highly trained staff. A good breakfast with a "Korean" twist. Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant or near the "Lights of Tashkent". Check the poster of the Opera and Ballet Theater in advance. Navoi (across the square) is a good ballet company, worth a look. Be sure to visit the Museum of the History of Uzbekistan nearby

Lotte Hotel is good in everything: location, service, room and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. A clean bathroom, there are miniatures for all occasions. The hotel itself, its lobby and corridors are as clean and cozy as possible. I was pleased with the pool and the patio, it's cool there in the heat. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent. Many may be confused by the abundance of Korean cuisine, but this is due to the origin of the company. There is a large selection, a lot of fruits and juices, which is very pleasing in the heat. Bottom line: I liked it.

Nice hotel. Located in the center. Close to the metro and places for walking. The rooms are decent. Pillows and blankets are of good quality. But, the bed linen is too starchy, I already woke up from the crunch)) The service is good. The breakfast is excellent. Outdoor swimming pool. The water is cold. But, in this heat, that's exactly what you want.
