I would especially like to mention the young man, the barista, who worked the shift on December 20 from about one to two in the afternoon. He was not just a polite employee, but a really nice and pleasant person to talk to. His sincere smile and willingness to help immediately created a truly warm and friendly impression from the very first seconds. What was especially pleasing was the incredible promptness at all stages. Despite the fact that there were several customers in the cafe, my order was accepted immediately, without any delay. The registration process was just as fast and well-coordinated, there was a real sense of professionalism and smoothness of the process. But the most amazing thing is that even my drink with balloons was prepared faster than I expected! Usually in such places you have to set up for a short wait, but here everything was ready in just a few minutes, which is very valuable when you are limited in time. And, of course, a separate and huge plus compared to many other bubble-tee outlets is really pleasant and reasonable prices. You often have to pay quite a large amount for such drinks, but here I got excellent quality and a portion at a very fair value. This makes the cafe not just a place for a rare visit, but a point where you really want to come back again and again. As a result, it turned out to be an ideal visit: excellent service, a positive employee, high speed and a pleasant final receipt.
