We booked a table for 3 people in advance for Friday. We confirmed the reservation, when confirming the reservation, we clarified that we might be delayed for 30 minutes, which in principle happened. Upon arrival, the receptionist began to claim that the reservation had been canceled by a man (although this is completely untrue), however, she still provided us with a table directly next to the DJ and his speakers. Of course, it was simply impossible to be there. As a result, my friends and I left and the evening was ruined.

The staff at the entrance did not behave culturally, the girl was on the phone and allowed herself obscene language, the table was pre-booked, but we had to wait 10 minutes until we found an empty table.
At the same time, the hall was half empty throughout the evening, the food was brought cold and it leaves much to be desired. The waiter was pleased, polite and clearly doing his job, they also made a good hookah.
Cons: terrible behavior of the staff at the entrance, incomprehensible music, cold and not tasty food, an incomprehensible situation with table reservations.

We have booked a table for 21.00. We arrived at 20.50, the receptionist escorted us to a table, but he was still busy, asked us to wait 5 minutes or offered to take a table in the "VIP room", where there are two sofas, a table, no music and you sit in four walls. After 2 minutes, we asked to return to the table that was originally reserved for us and should have been vacated, to which we were told that unfortunately all the tables were occupied (even the one that was originally intended for us). Today we visited this institution. The waiter (the girl) served us, I do not know the name, since the name of the guy (the cashier) is indicated on the receipt. She brought us water, which we did not order, in the receipt, the table was rarely cleaned. At the end of the evening, we said that it was our birthday for two people, she refused to punch the boredom into the receipt, as it should have been said at the beginning of the evening, but no one even asked us (I would like this to be taken into account in the future when serving visitors). And the waiter did not even apologize for the mistake in the receipt, the attitude was too arrogant on her part, sometimes she had to press the button several times with an interval of 10 minutes to call her.

A place to sit and chat (it's necessary to shout), but not to break away. There are not very many people on the dance floor, the music is repeated several times, there is nothing driving in the repertoire. But that's how it goes. It didn't go well for us.
There is no composition of dishes or cocktails on the menu, you have to wait for the waiter to tell you what is in the composition and because of this it takes a lot of time to order dishes. A huge minus for this.
I don't think we'll go a second time.

Sometimes live music, when some nouname tries to sing and starts bleeding from his ears, and some also clap - encouraging him to continue, it is impossible to talk, there are tables where the speaker is pounding right above you and it feels like you are sitting somewhere in Guantanamo and confessions are being sought from you.

We bought a Gastrofest set, the buns in burgers are rubber, it is difficult to chew, almost all the pistachios in the set turned out to be shrunken, there is almost no meat on the ribs, and it adds a decent amount of weight, and for this money, to be honest, I would have eaten better in the KFS. Initially we were given only one menu, and immediately after ordering, the menu was taken away and given to another table, i.e. they don't even have one menu for each table. As a result, we wanted to order something else (There are QR codes on the tables with which you can call the waiter, but they did not work), and the waiters did not even pass by our table in half an hour. In the end, they decided to leave, but they waited for about half an hour to ask for the bill.
