The worst hookah I've ever tried. Hookah man, who offers used tobacco as new. I don't recommend this place to visit

We were in this place on 08/18/2024. Initially, they took drinks - the price tag is slightly above average, there are no questions about these positions.
However, the main purpose for which we came to smoke a hookah in the evening. And if you also want to do this, then this place is definitely not worth choosing. Since you will be brought a hookah that has already been smoked by someone, issued as new. After this was said, the staff began to redo it. In the beginning, they wanted to bring a hookah with a broken bowl and without changing the water after the previous people. It was said about this, the water was changed. However, apparently, the cheapest tobacco is used. Also, according to the tastes, the hookah man scores what he considers necessary. In general, the overall impression is disgusting.
I can't say anything about the dishes of the cuisine, because we didn't order them.

Location in a busy part of the city. An ordinary cafe on the street. Not the cheapest. In general, it's fine, but it can be better.
