We ordered the doors, our friends advised us. On the positive side, the price is slightly lower than the competition, and the delivery time. The nuances started during installation. The seller recommended the masters Dima and Sasha. By themselves, people don't put a finger in their mouths, they are shameless from the word at all, they don't put a finger in their mouths - and they will discuss the repair that something was done wrong and the builders that built the house. The doors were brought in, and during the unpacking process it turned out that 2 doors were damaged. The benefit was taken away by the installers themselves and all responsibility is on them. One door shows that it was defective in production, not painted on the coating, but the second was damaged from transportation. After some whispering among themselves, and probably the installers themselves had damaged the door, they called the store and said that the door had already been damaged. I had to wait for new doors for another week. The masters are very busy. Be prepared that as soon as the doors are installed for you and they step out the door, they will forget what to call you, and they will not answer your calls at all. After a couple of weeks of use, two doors stopped closing, it was necessary to adjust them, until the craftsmen, who said during installation that the warranty for installation was either half a year, or a year, did not respond. They contacted me through the store and said they would call me back in a week, but in the end they didn't call me back either in a week, two weeks, or a month. They still don't pick up the phone themselves. They contacted me again through the store, promised to call me back, and again completely ignored me. As a result, they never came for 3 months, they didn't even call. One hinge turned out to be broken on the doors (probably a defect, because according to the seller, these are the strongest hinges on the market), there is also an interesting point here, according to the contract, the hardware is guaranteed for half a year, the seller ignored this request, offered only to order a new hinge, in fact, the hardware warranty ends at the time of installation, as I understand it, and What's the use of this guarantee? In general, I do not recommend installers, if you have any questions later, you will not find them. If you need to install, for example, one door, then no one will take it either because of the small volume, they will refer to high employment and ignore it. And the store sold something and forgot, then it's not their competence either in terms of service or warranty.
