I would like to express my gratitude to manager Vadim. He was very attentive to the selection of all the details, took into account all the nuances and wishes. I was always in touch. The work was completed on time. Additionally, the lower cylinder was ordered, which they forgot to put in the order and did not arrive with the door. Vadim quickly solved everything, and the cylinder was promptly delivered. Personally, I have only positive impressions. 👍🏻

We ordered the front door from the El Porta company. Aksana's manager made a great impression at first - she was polite, competent, and helped with the selection. The measurer was also attentive and correct, helped with the execution of the contract. But after signing the agreement, the situation CHANGED DRAMATICALLY. The manager began responding rudely, avoiding direct answers, and behaving extremely unprofessionally. As it turned out, the company operates under a franchise, and is not an official distributor, while nowhere is this EXPLICITLY mentioned. They don't have their own warehouse, and if you can't accept the goods on THEIR appointed day, your doors will simply "burn down", they need to place a new order (and it's not a fact that your doors will still be in stock from the manufacturer). As for the delivery and installation, it was stipulated several times in advance that we would be able to accept the order only in the afternoon (approximately at 16-17 hours). However, a few days later, the head of the logistics department unexpectedly called and rudely informed me that the doors would be delivered tomorrow at 10:00. When I explained about the pre-agreed time, he started talking in raised tones and brought me to tears. Is it even the norm to coordinate delivery in the morning in one day? Later it turned out that the installation of the portals and the door itself was allegedly carried out by different teams, although initially they promised that everything could be done at the same time. After trying to terminate the contract, a team suddenly "miraculously" appeared, which did everything in one day and at a convenient time for us. The doors themselves are of excellent quality, for which special thanks to the manufacturer. The team is polite, accurate and professional. But questions remain for the company: why initially mislead customers, be rude and create stressful situations? This attitude completely negates the good impression of the product.

Never! Do you hear - NEVER contact and do not order doors in this salon and, in principle, at the door.Bye!!! The service is poor, and the quality of the products is as good as it gets. If you order more than 1 door, get ready for a surprise, i.e. a marriage! And how to deal with it - you have strength and health - it's forever!!!! They feed you breakfast, make excuses, talk nonsense, and don't do anything to help you replace a defective product. In my case, the return and replacement took more than a month (of course, few people are interested in the fact that the doors had to be installed in the apartment urgently). When buying, it's naturally sweet to pour into the ears, but in the end = run away from here!
