I wanted to order the doors in El Porte. Oksana's manager initially made a pleasant impression - she was friendly, helped with the selection and calculated everything. Then Pavel, the measurer, was called. On the spot, he began to impose additional services, although after consulting with other specialists, it turned out that it was enough to align the opening only from above. The measurer insisted that more cutting was needed on the sides, and at the same time offered to call "his friend" who was not connected with the company. During the measurement, Oksana's manager called several times and rudely asked if we had concluded a contract, asking the measurer to "put pressure" on us. It looked extremely unprofessional. Separately, it is unpleasant that the company operates under a franchise, but does not indicate this anywhere - giving the impression that it is an official distributor. I don't recommend it. Inappropriate behavior, the imposition of services, and lack of transparency are clearly not what you would expect from a serious firm.

Never! Do you hear - NEVER contact and do not order doors in this salon and, in principle, at the door.Bye!!! The service is poor, and the quality of the products is as good as it gets. If you order more than 1 door, get ready for a surprise, i.e. a marriage! And how to deal with it - you have strength and health - it's forever!!!! They feed you breakfast, make excuses, talk nonsense, and don't do anything to help you replace a defective product. In my case, the return and replacement took more than a month (of course, few people are interested in the fact that the doors had to be installed in the apartment urgently). When buying, it's naturally sweet to pour into the ears, but in the end = run away from here!
