1. I passed by this place many times before - it is always full of people. 2. Today, November 20 at 17:00, I stopped and saw guests enjoying ice cream. 3. The atmosphere is lively, with families and friends sitting together. 4. Ice cream looks popular here, many visitors choose it. 5. I tried coffee: Americano was almost tasteless, very weak. 6. Cappuccino was a bit better, more balanced, but still average. 7. Service was quick, staff friendly, but drinks could be improved. 8. Overall: good place for ice cream, not for strong coffee. 1. I’ve been a regular customer at Luka Polare for quite a while, and I’ve always loved this place — especially their ice cream, which is easily some of the best in Georgia. However, on Friday, October 9th, I had a very disappointing experience when I came here with my whole family. The service was shockingly poor, and the staff’s attitude was extremely rude and careless, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant family outing. It was really upsetting to be treated this way at a café I’ve supported and enjoyed so many times before. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because Luka Polare has always been a favorite spot of mine — and I’d love to see it live up to the great standard it used to have.

We went to a cafe in Tbilisi for a snack. The coffee is delicious, and the breakfast is generally normal. But baby cocoa is a complete disappointment, tasteless. A separate disadvantage was the service: the girl spoke English poorly, understood Russian, but basically did not want to communicate in it, and we do not know Georgian. I had mixed impressions.
