I was at the Lucas Gastro Pub in the summer. I was dressed normally, I was wearing ordinary summer sandals. At the entrance, the receptionist said that "you can't wear sandals." She said it without rudeness, but it immediately became clear that the person does not know how to communicate with guests, just mechanically repeats the phrase, as instructed. There is no ability to build a dialogue, respectfully explain subordination and professionalism. In the end, I left, changed my shoes, and came back anyway. I ordered beer and barbecue. The beer was fine, but the kebab was dry and tasteless. The only thing that saved me was that the waitress was polite and attentive. Bottom line: the requirements for the guests are set, but the service and cuisine are clearly not up to par. When the staff does not know how to communicate, and the kitchen does not please, the impression of the establishment remains unpleasant.
