Ps there is the same distance from the hotel in both directions to interesting beaches - in general, the sea is two minutes across the street, but I advise you to go to the right if you want a beach with clear water in a pine forest. If you go all the way to the left, there are beaches with more presentable sun beds and cafes nearby, in the bay of rocks.

A beautiful and bright hotel (guest house) located in Ldzaa (Abkhazia). The sea is a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Change of towels daily. The bed is the most comfortable of all the ~12 hotels/places where I stayed in Abkhazia. Cleaning every day. The "Do not disturb" sign is completely ignored. I really didn't like it when the girl started sweeping the second floor right above the open buffet on the first floor. There is no kitchen for residents in the hotel. It is strictly forbidden to eat in the room, there is no kettle in the room. For boiling water, go to the first floor, and eat your own food on the first floor. But in principle, boiling water was always there when I needed it. Cons, there are two of them. 1. Noise insulation. You will hear all the neighbors, cleaning, meals in the lobby, and so on. Your vacation will depend on the decency of the neighbors, I came across those who were going to the sea at 6 a.m., they talked loudly and knocked on everyone in the room for half an hour. I slept in earplugs, I wanted to avoid this. The only children in the hotel in September also lived nearby, and jumping over their heads was nerve-racking. But older people who get up at 6 a.m. are worse. The doors are made so that they only slam shut (the handle turns), I couldn't close them quietly. All these clapping also gets in the way during sleep hours. 2. Breakfast items. A good interval is from 8 to 9:30. But it's kind of humiliating. I've never seen such unpleasant breakfasts. Sausage from a traffic light, cheese, boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes (they are tasteless in Abkhazia), porridge, bread, cottage cheese, sour cream, tea, coffee, honey (syrup). Sometimes they take out a plate of cookies (kurabye or the same, only with condensed milk), once pancakes (the most terrible), for them at the beginning of the breakfast there were "competitions" who was the first. It sounds good, but everything except cottage cheese, eggs and cheese is tasteless and cheap. For the last two days, there was no cottage cheese, just sour cream, not yogurt, everyone did not understand why two huge salad bowls of sour cream. Sometimes there was an omelet, it's a scary thing. I suggest making them a la carte as lunch and dinner, and then delicious. In general, if you wear earplugs and without breakfast, then this is a wonderful hotel. Three stars for these disadvantages, I hope that what is possible will change. You can write in a memo next to the prohibition to eat in the room that dragging a chair across the room at 6 a.m. is a 5k fine (a joke), but something about observing silence.
