The first customer in the queue was unable to reduce the metal strap of the watch. The link won't budge. The hammering didn't help... the second client is me. Battery replacement in two hours. Google provided pricing information on my request. The cost of the battery itself (known by the number 377) in Minsk is from 5 to 15 rubles. This service center has 17.50. Good. I changed it in one watch. The second Skeleton watch just couldn't be opened by a specialist. For fear of damaging the lid. At the same time, she asked me not to watch when I'm working. I'm worried. A paragraph!

I am very disappointed with the service in this workshop. The employee who took My watch for repairs behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. From the very beginning, he treated me disdainfully, not allowing me to properly explain the problem with the watch. He answered my questions sharply and with annoyance, as if I was bothering him. Such a boorish attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this workshop because of the terrible service.

The quality is excellent, sometimes super things shoot out by design, but marketing, there are batches of 200 watches, no questions, limited edition, but they are sold only in the Minsk store, there is no pre-order, in my opinion this is utter filth!!! They keep an insta page, they either don't respond to it, or they respond with a message. The prices are more than adequate. Once it was necessary to order a batch of 40 pieces, I was shocked that when accepting the order, it turned out that this was an impossible problem for the factory, the production time is almost a year))) (by the way, watches from the model range, it was only necessary to put the logo on the dial) unfortunately, I had to abandon the idea! It's nice that there are such Belarusian enterprises, but it's a shame for the rude people working at such enterprises, to expel and assemble a normal team who will have no problems.

We asked for help choosing a watch gift, and we felt passive aggression from the staff, especially from the store manager (as we understood). we wanted to choose a gift for a person who wasn't there right now, the store manager offered to help us (so that we could try on the watch on her wrist), and subsequently received the following: "I'm not going to measure them because they're too big for me and I don't like them at all," she constantly rolled her eyes, responded with sarcasm, and answered basic questions with "you can't hear me" with mockery. It was very unpleasant, in general, to ask for help in order to try on a watch, and there is no question of consulting in certain models or final help in choosing. maybe this attitude is related to our age or our appearance (we are 20-year-old girls), where we did not look like everyone else in this building, but this is basically unacceptable. if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. I don't really want to buy anything anymore, thanks for the service)

The receptionist is a confused, emotional girl and does not answer questions competently. I didn't have time to wait for the master to shorten the watch bracelet and I offered to pay, leave it at the reception and return in a few hours, to which the girl replied "you can't do that, you need to wait." It took a lot of my time to prove my position, it was strange for me. I paid anyway, left the watch, and a couple of hours later I came to shorten it and pick it up. The master did everything quickly. This is the case when I highly recommend watches, but it will be more pleasant to choose them in another branch of Minsk.

It seems like a trifle and the buckle is "not visible", but we are talking about the details ...))) We turned to the store on Independence 95. The head of the store took care to go to production, choose the color of the buckle, order the purchase of the desired option, write out 1 piece!!! go to the store, leave a message to the seller and call us with an invitation to come pick up our buckle!)) The sales guy didn't even really understand why I wanted to thank them so much...the buckle costs only 3p. Therefore, I leave a review here and my gratitude to Elena, the person in her place!)
