The watch is a fire, I bought feminine, beautiful, high-quality material. The service was disappointing, the consultant guy knows his job, was polite. The receptionist is a confused, emotional girl and does not answer questions competently. I didn't have time to wait for the master to shorten the watch bracelet and I offered to pay, leave it at the reception and return in a few hours, to which the girl replied "you can't do that, you need to wait." It took a lot of my time to prove my position, it was strange for me.
I paid anyway, left the watch, and a couple of hours later I came to shorten it and pick it up. The master did everything quickly.
This is the case when I highly recommend watches, but it will be more pleasant to choose them in another branch of Minsk.

First, I bought my husband a mechanical watch with one hand, with an "open heart" (when the working mechanism is visible) and a rose gold case. And then I discovered that nowhere in Minsk can you buy a strap with a buckle of the same rose gold (. It seems like a trifle and the buckle is "not visible", but we are talking about the details ...))) We turned to the store on Independence 95. The head of the store took care to go to production, choose the color of the buckle, order the purchase of the desired option, write out 1 piece!!! go to the store, leave a message to the seller and call us with an invitation to come pick up our buckle!)) The sales guy didn't even really understand why I wanted to thank them so much...the buckle costs only 3p. Therefore, I leave a review here and my gratitude to Elena, the person in her place!)

Probably the most complete range of Luch chalov is presented, but the work of consultants leaves much to be desired. At first, the girl began to open and close shop windows in front of us for no apparent reason, thereby preventing us from examining the watch, and when we turned to her for help, she began to offer exactly those watches that we described as undesirable for purchase. I do not know what this is due to, it is possible that I was tired during the day, perhaps for other reasons. In general, thanks to the "help" of the consultant, they left without buying.

A famous building with a clock. The interior is not super modern, but the lobby has been renovated. Convenient location for the office: near the metro, Chelyuskintsev Park, Tolbukhina Boulevard. There is a self-service coffee shop with delicious coffee in the lobby.
Along Independence Avenue and ul.Tolbukhina paid parking during working hours, which are constantly busy during the day.

I want to express my great gratitude to the department that accepts applications for the manufacture of parts according to the Customer's drawings.
I applied to the Minsk Watch Factory, I needed to produce a large number of metal parts according to my drawings, the specialists requested all the information, signed a contract and outlined the production dates. Everything was at the highest level. The details were made efficiently and on time.
Then I found out that they have a department for the manufacture of non-core products. It's true that they don't make a couple of pieces, you need at least a certain volume. Well, everything is individual.

A company store at the factory + a coffee shop. As a store, I was not particularly impressed. The assortment in the "flagship" store (in the center) is larger, the staff is more friendly, and the center is more convenient for tourists. It was possible to put 3 stars, but out of respect for the history of the company, we will throw another one). I still recommend the store in the center to tourists (I don't remember the exact address).

The watches from the Classic collection were purchased about three years ago. During the entire period of use, no breakdowns have ever occurred, but this, of course, is not so exciting). They are currently on tour in the Far East. Yesterday I was doing paragliding, and in the process they fell off my hands. I spent a couple of hours searching, and to my surprise I found them! The watch remained completely intact, despite falling from such a height. Definitely recommend to buy!

Just a couple of days later, the sleeve on which the strap was held broke. The sleeve is already bent. Low-quality cheap Chinese metal. We'll take you to change it. The watch itself looks very stylish, we chose a milky white dial and a brown strap. They look very stylish. Time is read very easily and simply. The automatic winding pleases. Then we'll see how they behave. The model in my opinion is Sirius. I hope we will solve the problem in the service with the sleeve and strap.
