The Minsk Watch Factory became famous, first of all, for the Luch brand, but also produced such famous watches as Zarya, Vimpel and others. Today, besides the Luch brand, Minsk Watch Factory offers Favorit and Sekonda watches. Today, the company produces about 150-180 thousand watches, offering consumers more than 1,700 models, both quartz and mechanical watches. I received a watch from the manufacturer Luch as a gift and contacted the company's workshop to remove unnecessary links and adjust the bracelet to the size of my hand. The master removed a few links, but the watch was still big. When I asked why the bracelet still doesn't fit, I heard the answer: "It will be like a bracelet for you." At that time, I had neither the time nor the mood to argue, so I left and decided to clarify the situation via email. In response, I was sent back to the workshop. When I arrived again, I asked again to adjust the watch and find some kind of option. The master assured that "everything possible" had been done, that the bracelet was not removable, the additional links could not be removed, and the design did not involve further adjustment. When I asked what to do in a situation where the service was not actually provided, I was redirected to the store where the watch was purchased. The store also could not offer any solution other than to contact a private craftsman. In a private workshop for 50 rubles, they removed the extra links without any problems and fitted the bracelet perfectly. A few days later, an employee of Luch called me to clarify the situation, but, in fact, the answer was the same.: "We've only removed the removable links." And so I had a legitimate question: why was it that in the company workshop of the manufacturer "Luch" the specialist could not disassemble the bracelet and adjust it to size, whereas in an ordinary private workshop it was done easily and without objections? As a result: — time spent; — I had to go several times; — the problem was solved not by the manufacturer, but by a third-party wizard; — I had to pay extra for the revision. I was very disappointed with the quality of service and the unwillingness of Luch specialists to really solve the client's issue.

The staff is extremely competent, the only thing that offends is the girl who works all alone in this store as a consultant physically can not cope with such a flow of customers. It is clear from the person that he is extremely mentally tired, I would like to see another second person at the checkout, because the person is trying very hard and pulls the whole hall on himself! We are satisfied with the quality of service and products! The coffee shop was also pleased, Bumble is made on top! And, when buying a watch, the girl packed everything qualitatively and took them to the workshop to adjust and fit the girl's hand. We are very glad that such a historic brand is still afloat, I advise everyone! There is no better souvenir from Minsk than a Luch watch!
