When I pointed out that the change had been issued incorrectly, the employees began to sort out various reasons, trying to explain themselves. As a result, they came to the conclusion that the fee for coffee cups is charged separately, and they convinced me that this is indicated somewhere on the menu, or on the cups themselves. The snide taunts thrown at my back when I left, I absolutely did not understand, because I did not swear with the staff, but just came to sort out the situation. The incident ruined the mood for the rest of the day. I'm not going back to this place anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone else.
