We recently vacationed at this hotel. I really liked everything, starting with how we met, how we were fed, the animation is cool! .The administrator Natalia is very attentive to every guest, she will always help and tell you. The beach is small pebbles, I don't know who doesn't like pebbles there, we were pleased to walk on them.There are no big lumps, everything is clean, the water is like a tear! No one will be bored in this hotel, we left with tears in our eyes... I liked everything very much, I recommend it.

Hello! I rarely write reviews, but I want to write my impression about this hotel. We had a vacation with my husband in May, just two days ago we just arrived from Kemer.
We arrived at the hotel at night. They registered us very quickly and even fed us at the restaurant, which is extremely rare. We liked everything. Starting with the service and ending with the territory. The animation is a little lame, but it was May (maybe the season will be different). The food is very tasty, veal, river trout, dorado. There is a small selection of fruits, but there is a market outside the hotel where you can buy any fruit. The beach is great, clean..

I have been to Turkey many times, in good hotels with a large territory of Ulusa, Marti Mira, Blue Waters Club, but prices have increased wildly and now I am having difficult times and I had to save money and was ready for some inconvenience. But it turned out that my vacation turned into some kind of torment. What I liked: a big plus and respect to the hotel for cleanliness, clean everywhere, clean sea, clean bed.
What I didn't like: it was very important for me to be in silence. It failed and I realized that a hotel with a small territory simply excludes it, since this infernal music screams until 12 at night, and from all nearby hotels, and it's just infernally loud here. The second is that the kitchen is very noisy, some devices work there until 2-3 nights, it's impossible just. It would be possible to close the balcony and stay with the air conditioner, but this is another minus, and for me it is significant, which just finished me off, there is very weak air conditioning, it did not save in any way. And it's October. Damn, I can't imagine how people stay here in the summer. Another unpleasant moment, to put it mildly, is the lack of mattresses on the beach. Well, it's just a big deal and bullying and you don't have to cover up with the coronavirus. All nearby hotels have mattresses and only Lucida offers guests stupidly sun beds. I have not lain down once, I will not be able to relax and enjoy the sound of the sea. And this is a hotel positioning the Ultra and Tipo 5* system. Moreover, due to the fact that the territory is small, there are no places of relaxation where you can lie in silence, in the shade, this is a significant minus for me personally, since I was alone and went for a rest in silence. This is the first time I've seen this. And yet, the 5* hotel has neither a pier nor even a shower on the beach. Food. There is a semblance of variety, but most of the dishes are not delicious. But you won't stay hungry, but you won't get any joy either. Animation. I don't need it, but I didn't see anything during the day, and in the evening, Dickie or, I don't go to see anything. Don't like. I can't assess alcohol, because I don't drink. Turkish coffee is only available in the lobby from 10 a.m. The rest of the coffee is tasteless from the vending machines. In general, I did not like the hotel, but I myself and the circumstances are to blame. He was financially available. But there are not even basic mattresses on the beach. Of course, the hotel is not 5, and not even 4, solid 3, yes, no more. Well, I see there are people who enjoy everything, well, that's good. Of course, I won't come here next time. And of course I won't advise anyone.

The food or the water is bad - the three of them were poisoned... Superintelligences work at the reception. They put me in the noisiest room with a rooster on the street. The crib was waited for an hour, while they checked in late in the evening and could have time to prepare in advance. Overprice is wild. And well, the chickens walk around the yard - so the chicken shit has been lying for a week, the cleaner is probably waiting for me to clean it up.

The room was in the main building next to the doctor.the room on the 3---- poorly cleaned. We stayed at this hotel for the sixth time in a row. We just got back. The whole family of 5 people had a rest. Every year, something changes for the better at the hotel. And it is clearly visible. I took a ticket to the Anex building, settled in the main building. I was flying hard, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, my leg hurt - I can barely walk. I came to ask to leave the main one on the 1st floor - I don't have the strength to pack up and move. They refused rather rudely with some ambiguous smiles. We'll have to move tomorrow.

The hotel is not very bad. We were from July 13 to July 21. We took an improved room with a normal balcony. He was on the ground floor, but that's for the best, you go out and see the garden.

- Almost all the staff speaks Russian.
- Excellent food.
Someone wrote that the food was bad, I couldn't understand it. There are always several types of meat, fish. There are always two types of side dishes for dinner, lots of vegetables, fruits and pastries.
You won't find wine except at breakfast. Pink is magical.
You have to stand in line if you run like an inadequate one right for the opening of the dinner. It's enough to come in an hour and everything is already free and good.
- The beach is pebbly, this is rather a plus, because the water is gorgeous. Transparent, warm. If there was sand, it would be muddy.
But one thing is not clear, everyone says that mattresses were removed from the sun beds because of covid, then the question is why they are in the neighboring hotel. And through the hotel they are. Some hotels have lit new sunbeds with nets, and mattresses are not needed there. And lying on an extremely hard plastic sunbed, I'll tell you the test!
- The lounge bar is good. A large selection of alcohol. For every taste. My husband drinks on me, it was more difficult for him. Only coffee, tea and all sorts of cocktails are not delicious. They would like to expand the range. These cocktails are not very suitable for children, they are based on some kind of chemistry.
- The biggest disadvantage is the evening program. There is no definite time when it will end. Yesterday they stopped playing music at 23:00, and today at 1:30. This is extremely annoying. Especially if you have an early excursion or like we had an early check-out from the hotel. We had to get up at 4 a.m., and the music stopped screaming at one-thirty in the morning. At the reception, they throw up their hands, saying that the guests are having fun. I also talked to moms who also complained that the kids couldn't sleep.
But in principle, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, should we go back there again? No, let's look for something more expensive and more comfortable.

Fat cockroaches live in the rooms, check your suitcases carefully before leaving. Towels with holes in several places or with dirty spots (face and body) are periodically given out . This is not a hotel 5***** It's weak 4**** the food is of the same type, one fast food. We have been here for the fifth day and have come to the conclusion that there is nothing to eat here. There is no Internet at all. Hi. We are also currently relaxing in Lucida , in a large building overlooking the water park.. We're sitting watching a fire show.
It was for dinner today. There are three types of grill only on the street (barbecue, meat with vegetables, shawarma). Fried chicken fillet. Meat (beef) with peas. Baked chicken roll. Fish of a couple of species. Side dish mashed potatoes and rice, spaghetti. Salads , cheeses, sweets. Fruits (watermelons, pears, peaches, apples, two types of grapes)
Unfortunately, lobsters and crabs in black caviar were not served. But there were mussels on grilled skewers.))
Without frills, but satisfying and delicious. The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking. The only gloomy one is the guy on the grill.
We have a room in the corner on the 4th floor. The windows do not overlook the courtyard. Quietly.
The cleaning service is not intrusive) but it is cleaned quickly upon request.
There are many children and couples in the hotel. Calm, cultured people, a lot of people from Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Animation, including with the involvement of artists, every day. Children and adults were not bored.
You can buy a Turk Telecom SIM card online, I took a SIM card for 190 lira, 28 GB. And I didn't bother with the Internet anywhere except in a gorge in the mountains.
1 hour, 1 dollar in the room itself. Talk to family and friends, take pictures, that's enough. And if you hang out all day, then why go on vacation)
The sea is very warm. The beach is clean and pebbly. There are enough sun beds. You can walk along the alley in the evening.
During the day, there is a water park with drinks , sweets and pizza.
Excursions were taken to Takhtaly mountain, plus phaselis. (I definitely recommend the mountain, especially if the weather allows. The temperature was 40 below, 20 above, fresh and pleasant. The view is gorgeous.
The only thing is, do not go to the bazaar, which the guide at the hotel offers, with supposedly cheap things. Wasted time. The guides send it for show.
We also went to the canyons, to swim in the canyon with cool water. It's not bad either. But not for children.
Compared to the trip 2 years ago, in my opinion it has become better. The Turks have become kinder or something)
And the Hotel is normal, if there are questions, they solve it. And for lobsters with caviar, it's a completely different kind of money. Go to this hotel, you will like it.

People were infuriated by the people who filled the pies with plates on top, ate one, the rest was thrown away, the question is why???? The staff is very friendly, the issues were resolved at once. People do not get divorced for free shopping trips from the tour operator's guide, complete divorce, they bring you to an expensive leather and fur store, they start selling things, horror, for excursions it is better to contact the pavilion next to the hotel, where excursions are organized, his name is Rustam, a cool guy and he shared his WiFi for free (then during the rest they approached and contacted their relatives), and you can bargain. There is always order on the beach. The animators are really about nothing and the music is so-so, but the singer who sang live in the lobby was pleased).In short, you can relax there. Important! For those who are going to go to this hotel, evaluate how the disadvantages of this hotel can affect your vacation. And there are a lot of them:
1. Screaming music from neighboring hotels after 13.00 and before 15.00 and from 20.00 to 23.00. For us, as for lovers of a relaxing holiday, this was a significant disadvantage. Being in a room with closed windows and doors, you hear "VALERA VALERA AAAAA" and other popular songs.
2. The beach. The beach is pebbly-sand, But the entrance to the sea is exclusively pebbles. You feel discomfort when entering and exiting the sea. The sea is always with noticeable waves and it is normal not to swim, it carries away from the shore. After about 3-5 meters, the depth is already there. Also an amateur.
3. Nutrition. A lot of fatty, fried, cooked for extras, so that it can be seen that there are a lot of dishes. In fact, they are stupid. But you won't stay hungry (if you don't arrive after dinner like we did). In fact, we were left with those dishes that were not finished at dinner. There is a lot of food, everything is monotonous, but you can choose.
Of the advantages:
1. Good service. Friendly staff. The room was changed upon check-in when we didn't like it. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bed linen was changed once every two days.
2. The number of rooms. We lived in the anex building. The room is fresh, clean, new.
3. Alcohol. In general, I liked it. We drank champagne, Gin, beer.

In the period from August 3 to August 10, the whole family had a rest at the hotel next to Lusida beech, in Oceanic.Our windows were just facing this hotel.Music is blaring all day , evening and at night until 24 o'clock ....All 7 nights we just suffered ((((At the request of the reception of this hotel to turn off or at least turn down the music after 23 o'clock, we did not hear anything specific.This is not the first time we have been on vacation in Turkey, but this is the first time we have met such a "loud" hotel.I do not advise anyone to go there!

We are "resting" at the hotel from July 30th. This is our third visit to this hotel. And every year it gets worse and worse! There is not even a close conversation about 5*! A weak three. Why? Refused the safe. The overhead shower in the shower pours in all directions, just not on the head. I turned, twisted 2 screws, it didn't get any better. Paid - wi-fi ($ 20 per week) does not work on the beach. Although the signal from the surrounding hotels is clear and steady! And they are further away! I turned to him - "we can't do anything." But the music screams like near a jet plane! And especially low frequencies. And not less than 24 hours! I looked out on the balcony at night-boom-boom screams like a hundred-ton hammer, two couples are dancing!!! And the other fifteen hundred people are plugging their ears! At night, the lobbi area is treated with a cleaning vacuum cleaner. At first I thought that a heavy trailer was humming on the street. When I realized it, I complained to the reception. The answer is that you are outraged, close the windows! The only thing worthy of praise is the chefs! To me, it's very dignified!

We were at the hotel from August 23, 2019 to September 2. I really liked it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel building is well renovated both outside and inside. The air conditioners are working. The area is very beautiful. Greenery, flowers. There is a swimming pool on site and in the building. There are water slides for children. The food is very tasty. Themed dinners are great. The waiters and bartenders are very attentive and friendly. The sea is warm, clean, and transparent.
