We had a rest with my husband at the hotel in March 2025. The hotel is small but cozy. Suitable for an adult couple without children. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Hikkaduwa, and the center with a large selection of shops and cafes is a 20-minute walk along the roadway or take a tuk tuk for 300-400 rupees (100-150 rubles) in one direction. A quiet, peaceful place, nice beds and a clean, tidy pool. There were so few tourists that we felt like we were in our own villa. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very friendly. The beach is wide and deserted, BUT the waves are very large and it is uncomfortable to swim - the nearest beach without waves is 3 km away. Surfing lessons are offered near the hotel, I advise you to go further to Narigama beach and compare prices with other schools - you will find better prices. There is a small Two Brothers restaurant next to the hotel, offering delicious and safe local food. There are also a couple of restaurants on the beach nearby. Prices and food choices are about the same everywhere.

The hotel is cool, small, and the staff is smiling. We took a view of the sea and the pool. They are cleaned every day, things are folded neatly. This is the first time I've seen this. The breakfasts are ordinary. The cocktails are delicious (bloody Mary is just fire). We took dinner on the beach by candlelight, everything is delicious. The beach is sandy, but the waves, noisy at night, interfere with sleep. There is everything nearby, I got into a tuk-tuk and drove where I needed to go

A very cool little hotel, the service is fantastic, the staff is super nice, everyone is very friendly and caring. The rooms and grounds are beautiful, there is a restaurant with delicious food, a small gym, a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean, the beach is clean. We stayed for two weeks and were very satisfied.

Pros: clean hotel, clean sea and beach, periodically on the beach turtles do laying at night (personally seen) Cons: waves, a little out of the way, 20 minutes to the center on foot or 400-500 rupees on tuttuk, there are few places to eat nearby In general, the hotel is normal, the breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry. At first there was a room without a view of the sea (a balcony to the courtyard, as it were, on a greenhouse and an elevator, it is impossible to sit on it because air conditioning units hang from the rooms and hot air blows.) they paid extra and moved to a room with a sea view for a week (+$ 10 per night, it's worth it). From the food - nearby through the hotel on the beach there is a delicious cafe (Olin's it seems) and on the road next to the brothers cafe stop (cheap and delicious)
