I ordered a pizza at 18:35 via Yandex.Food, the pre-order time was indicated at 19:25-19:35, at 20:00 I wrote to Yandex support.Please note that the order has not been received yet. They answered me, they contacted the restaurant and said that the courier was delayed and the order would be in 30 minutes. As a result, the pizza arrived at 20:55, the box is crumpled, the cardboard is soaked, the pizza is cold. Total: the order arrived in 2 hours and 20 minutes, the box is collapsed, the pizza is cold, as a result, my friends and I did not get pleasure and enjoyment from eating pizza. I ordered for the first and last time, as no one called about the delay in the order, and after calling the restaurant and explaining the whole situation, no discount was offered for the next order or other types of refunds.
