I ordered a pizza at 18:35 via Yandex.Food, the pre-order time was indicated at 19:25-19:35, at 20:00 I wrote to Yandex support.Please note that the order has not been received yet. They answered me, they contacted the restaurant and said that the courier was delayed and the order would be in 30 minutes. As a result, the pizza arrived at 20:55, the box is crumpled, the cardboard is soaked, the pizza is cold. Total: the order arrived in 2 hours and 20 minutes, the box is collapsed, the pizza is cold, as a result, my friends and I did not get pleasure and enjoyment from eating pizza. I ordered for the first and last time, as no one called about the delay in the order, and after calling the restaurant and explaining the whole situation, no discount was offered for the next order or other types of refunds.

Super, I really liked the 4 pizzas I ordered at lucky. There was even an error in the order, accidentally ordered spicy food through Yandex, but we can't. I called the pizzeria, they redid it without any problems. Delicious pizza and nice staff!

Очень вкунсая и сочная пицца. Наконе-то пиццерия в которой не жалеют начинку. Курьер был вежливый и аккуратный.

Начну с того что на данный момент нет вывески , из-за этого найти немного проблематично! По еде, брали пиццу и драники всё на высоком уровне !!!

Ужасный сервис. Сделали заказ на сайте и там же оплатили. Спустя 2 часа ожидания ничего не получили. Начали звонить, с номера с которого делали заказ трубку в течении получаса никто не поднимал. Позвонили с другого номера, подняли, но внятного ответа так и не получили. Спустя 3 часа ожидания получили холодную пиццу.

Заказали пиццу ,прошло больше часа ,нам не перезвонили ,пиццу так и не привезли ,очень недовольны , трубку не поднимают,один раз подняли ,девушка сказала что-то о своём одним словом <слушай>,очень расстроены,больше заказывать не будем
