Good afternoon, customer relations are just terrible. The doctor, Sergey Alexandrovich, waited a month for an appointment to begin treatment, agreed with the head, again at his request. He just refused to treat me. Just like that! Punctuality generally requires a separate conversation, I just waited in the office for 40 minutes, because he was running back and forth screaming what should we do!
I did not expect such an approach. I just spent a lot of time and nerves. All that remains is a negative impression of the clinic.

Three employees (the administrator among them) smoked together for a long time at the clinic. The girl sitting at the checkout a little further away was chatting loudly on abstract topics with her friend. As a result, I did not know where to turn, because the administrator was not at the workplace. While waiting for the picture, I heard a lot from the nurses from the office opposite about all the details of their personal lives, unwittingly. My head ached from the chatter of the girl from the cash register and the nurses from the office.

I have never seen such a service before, when a doctor yells at you during a consultation! I'll start in order. I am from Murmansk, Russia. I did not find a prosthetics doctor in my city and after hearing enough about super dentistry in Belarus, I decided to come. I chose Gomel because there are relatives here. I chose several dentists. I signed up 1.5 months before my arrival for a consultation with Spizhev Ya. I. I came and sat for 5,10,15,20,25 minutes. A doctor comes in from the street... He's all nervous... I'm being summoned. At first, everything seemed like it wasn't bad, but then the doctor started yelling at me and asking what I wanted from him. I explained that I had come from far away. I made an appointment in advance for a consultation and further prosthetics. But he said that he would not take up treatment and in general he was going on vacation (And offered to make an appointment with another doctor. I asked him to talk to another doctor so that he would take me, but he did not go to the meeting, as well as the girl at the reception... As a result, I signed up for a consultation again 3 weeks later with another doctor. Came. Taking patients on time, as I understand it, is not in the rules of this clinic. Of course, I received a consultation from M. A. Dutkov. The doctor was pleasant and attentive, but I was not satisfied with what was offered to me. That's how my treatment and prosthetics ended in Belarus. I do not recommend this clinic. The maximum is to take a picture there... And even then the queue is a kilometer long. P. S. If this review is read by Dyatkov M. A., who is also the director of the clinic, then I recommend that you pay attention to your staff, who spoil your reputation and also change the information on the site for nonresidents) you do not have any service according to what is stated on the site!

The service is at zero. The staff too. Everyone is proud and pompous. I was here about a week ago, I was sent to this institution to undergo an X-ray of the jaw. I immediately remembered the clinic. I came to do a service on a paid basis, pay the money and sit in line. There is no record. I sat for 2 hours. By beating off money for an expensive device, you can take care of the electronic queue and the time of your customers. And yet - you can sit and wait, and patients of the dental office of this institution will be served out of turn, which significantly lengthens the waiting time. And plus, the regtgenlaborant has a break of 10-15 minutes every hour. Sadly. You can't drag me here anymore with any high-quality pictures and good equipment. You need to respect the time of your visitors.
And of course - before coming here - I called repeatedly - but no one picked up the phone. When I arrived, the administrator was on the spot and replied that the phone was working.
P.S. 10 years ago they put a crown here - the root of the tooth was destroyed, later they had to put an implant. So apart from a good X-ray machine, there is nothing else here.
