For Lugansk, this is the best provider. I personally used it for 2 years until I moved to another city. My father uses their services now. On their own initiative, for some reason, they block Internet resources for which there are no legal restrictions, when checking with other providers, everything is available, while brazenly lying that they do not block anything and send support to the resource they blocked. The support does not behave like the provider's support, but as if the milkmaid is responding to cows during breaks in twisting their tails. In short, by the standards of Russia, this is not a provider, but some kind of sad misunderstanding.

There are NO advantages ! I paid the highest tariff of 300 MB, the real speed is 16 KB arrival and 8 KB departure! A typical divorce for money! I paid 744 rubles and got a speed of 16 kilobits per second ! The pages take 10 minutes to load! Everything slows down ! I had a speed of 125 kb/sec on a modem (telephone line) with Ukrtelekom!!!!

Probably the largest provider in Lugansk, we have been using their services since 2008, there have never been any special complaints, the masters have been called 3 times during all this time, the speed is stable, it basically corresponds to the tariff stated, there are about 200 cable channels, the only thing is that I have been increasing prices every quarter for the last year, and they already amount to a significant amount.

Now the owners have either changed or changed, and both options are bad. Now we have increased the speed, the provider has raised the price and it has become unbearable. One tablet works for the apartment, but it is impossible to watch the movie, it freezes constantly. The router is new, it works fine. I'm calling, they say call a paid master, check the equipment. What is this? Pumping out money? Do I pay little per month? I connected the LDS this summer. The quality of the cable is so-so, often "cubes" on the screen. The Internet is passable. The Internet and cable went missing three days ago. It rained heavily at night and the connection with the LDS was lost. I applied and waited three days. After my next call, the master arrived. I checked, there was no signal to the router. We went to the distribution box, arrived and immediately everything was connected. He said that I have to pay 200₽ for the call. When I asked what to pay for, if the reason wasn't mine, he replied that it was the way it was supposed to be. When I went to the call center for an explanation, after multiple calls, the foreman called me and said that no one would come to me now. I received a text message from the LDS that the master said that there was a hall in my house... It's actually some kind of HORROR!!!

UPD: 05/01/25, there is no declared speed, the work of those is too much. Support services. The answers are stenciled again, without reading the essence of the question, the duration between the answers is more than 30m... The main thing is to raise prices, not quality... 1...
