Terrible experience with the carrier! We bought tickets for the Lugansk — St. Petersburg bus on September 22, 12:40. We arrived an hour before departure, as expected, and waited. As a result, the bus simply did not arrive, and later it turned out that the flight was canceled. ❗️No notification, no information, no flight replacement. The operator is completely silent, and the question "why wasn't you warned?" is answered with silence. They promised to return the money, but everything else is our loss: thwarted plans, stress, wasted time and money. No responsibility, no respect for passengers. We will NEVER use the services of this company again and we do not recommend it to anyone. 5 stars? For what? For the disappearing bus trick?
