On 06/23/2024, I refueled at the N64 gas station, 165 Dzerzhinsky Street, Minsk. The cashier Klych V.M. stated with obvious displeasure that the gas station closes in 3 minutes for a break, while he refueled my car saying that I would pay after a half-hour break. However, the time from the moment of refueling and the time before closing for a break was more than 2 minutes. They let me in so that I could pay off. There was an incident on my part. I couldn't remember the PIN code of the card. I became nervous because your cashier started getting angry. He used obscene language, crumpled checks with psychos, angrily threw them into the trash. But because of his inappropriate behavior, I was nervous too. I offered that I would pay off after the break, to which I was told that how can I close the shift with the check open? At the same time, he canceled my check, because we tried to make payment in parts without entering a pin code. But it didn't work out for us again. As a result, I called my friends, they transferred the money to another card, I had to wait a little and I was able to pay off. I apologized that it was my fault he had to stay late. In response, when I was leaving, he shouted to some lady something like close behind this.." doors. Also, at the time of payment, because of his psychos, he did not scan my card and I did not receive points. To which he just waved his hand like it would do. This fact was discovered later. At the same time, during previous attempts, he scanned the storage card. I ask you to deal with the inappropriate actions of your employee by explaining to him that, first of all, the client is not "this one" to him, I do not graze cows with him. I do not absolve myself of the guilt that by my actions it turned out that I could not pay immediately and it happened at the time of the shift. I would be quite satisfied with the fact of waiting for the transfer of the shift. Secondly, he can use obscenities, not restrain his psychoemotions at home, but not like in the workplace. Responsive guys are working in this parking lot! The Internet was needed, but its distribution via Wi-Fi, only for those who have a phone with a Belarusian number! Всегда, заправляемся на этой АЗС. Быстро очередей практически нет. Удобный заезд. На заправке всегда чисто, в любую погоду. Персонал вежливый, обслуживают быстро, это для меня важно, так как всегда торопимся.

I shot one star for the cafe inside. It takes a few minutes in the queue for clothes to get soaked in this smell, so I usually refuel in the early morning, when they haven't started cooking yet. Bonus points allow you to save money.

Обслуживание на твердую пятерку, по пятибалльной шкале, если не подводит техника😁. Есть мойка и рекомендую обратить внимание на шаурму, которую готовят здесь же, в кафе. Топливо (дизель)лью только с присадкой ЭКТО, за эту зиму с ним проблем с ним у меня не было. Минус - это, крайне низкое качество дорожного покрытия! Въезд и выезд с ямами.

Отличная заправка, хорошее обслуживание! Есть много необходимых товаров в дорогу. Даже рядом внутри заправки есть небольшое и уютное кафе с небольшим ассортиментом и разными вкусняшками! 👍 Можно заправиться газом и при необходимости привести свой автомобиль в порядок на парковке.

Люблю эту заправку, никогда не тратишь много времени всегда все быстро и чётко.
Ребята работают очень живые, а не роботы: "Брелок есть? Нету? Ну и едь отсюда"
Ещё и шаурму открыли, в общем все нравится!

Кафе очень вкусное. Персонал очень преветливый. Вкусное кафе. Хорошая мойка. Заправляют машины в основном на лукойле более 16 лет. Беру и бензин и дизель. Проблем не когда не было. На белнефтехиме были пару раз проблему, приходилось ехать на сто, а на лукойле не разу. Спасибо.

Неужели за такой период времени нельзя сделать подкачку на заправке , по топливу и обслуживанию вопросов нет , но такие мелочные нюансы отталкивают .....

Аккуратная заправка, топливо качественное. Единственный минус - пистолеты не везде хорошо держатся при заправке, отстреливают и приходится держать до конца заправки руками.
