I came to the city of my childhood with my family and stayed at this hotel.
I have never come across such a dilapidated room stock anywhere. We had a megasuperlux, but how disgusting it was just disgusting to be there and touch anything!
A disgusting sofa that has been sitting for centuries, a carpet with stains on which you can study history, creaky furniture from the mid-90s. The carpet was immediately wrapped so as not to look at the age-old dirt and stains.
The bathroom is a separate test. The water stinks of rust - no washing, no washing. It's scary to take a child to the toilet. It is IMPOSSIBLE to use this toilet normally! There are no words to describe how disgusting he is. As well as the shower, however. The drain is clogged with hair, mucus, and soap. There is water EVERYWHERE after washing - there are no curtains. We washed in slates, walked in shoes and tried not to touch anything. I was deeply relieved when I left.
I couldn't stay there for 2 nights.
Next time I'll rent an apartment, but I never want to return to this hotel.
One of the advantages is the refrigerator.
By the way, there are no curtains on the windows, and in summer in Novolukoml at 3-4 o'clock in the morning it is as bright as day.

It's just awful!In any case, the budget rooms that the organization rented for us were in November , there are no windows , the cold is wild , the audibility is simply amazing, you can communicate with your roommates through the wall as if on the next bed, the room is dark , the bed is creaky to the point of outrage, if you have to spend the night choose rooms that face the street ,At least there are plastic windows.

In this so-called "hotel" there never seemed to be a repair, the smell in the corridor and the room is like in an old village house that is not ventilated. We lived in a superior room: there is no hot water, the toilet and the saddle on it are the color of household soap, it seems that I have never washed at all from the word, the flush tank is in a constant state of a spring stream, murmurs non-stop, there is also no curtain in the shower, if all the water is washed on the floor and this is noticed increased comfort, there is no refrigerator, TV cube (A4 paper size)screen size, I imagine that in ordinary rooms. When leaving the hotel in the evening there is no lighting, you need to have a flashlight otherwise you can stretch out on the porch. In general, the hotel is the face of the city and if it treats the guests of the city in this way, then it seems to me at least below its dignity, I have not yet met such "establishments". Of the advantages are double-glazed windows, probably so as not to frighten guests from the street. Everything else is a fat minus.

The hotel is very tired, there are not double-glazed Windows everywhere, it is scary to wash in the shower as well as go to the toilet, the rooms stink of old age, stuffy, open windows do not help, forget about the fan and air conditioning, the beds are not comfortable. On the plus side: the rooms are cleaned, there is a TV with a variety of channels. In this city, all antennas are connected via 3G, but the phone says "there is no Internet connection."

For those who are afraid of creaking furniture, the absence of a shower curtain, thin toilet paper and interior doors that do not always close, it is contraindicated.
I recommend it to everyone else. The main advantage is inexpensive. Other advantages: in the room there is an electric kettle, a mini-refrigerator, a TV with a choice of channels, clean linen, a spare blanket, round-the-clock access to the hotel, parking, the city center, the proximity of the lake.
We were satisfied.

I was there on 11/21/12. It's cold. I asked if it was possible to do something about it, please contact the management and the administrator of this hotel probably said this. A spider web instead of an antenna, it reminded me of a student dormitory. Only there I paid a penny. The bed is torn. Shower well... A sink with rain without any curtains, walls, etc. There is not a single rug in that room so that it does not get killed, but the floor is naturally a tile from the Soviet era.

A typical hotel of the late Soviet era. The prices are standard. Some of the rooms at the time of the visit (2020) are in the same condition, some are newly renovated. Separately, I would like to pay attention to the ceiling in the hall. I have never seen such an original solution. Everything around is imbued with the spirit of the USSR.

I agree with all previous reviews.Time has frozen in this hotel, however, as well as the city of Novolukoml.Why such a hotel is because it is owned by the local housing and communal services complex "Kommunalnik".What kind of communal apartment is a hotel.They don't want to give it to private owners.As they say, neither to themselves nor to others.Our government agencies do not know how to use either the location of the object (hotel) or the terrain (lake).But what a great idea it was at the time-to place the hotel almost near the lake itself!The most unique lake in Belarus!!But, as always happens in Belarus, everything should be destroyed and not developed.The object fell into the wrong hands.Sadly. But Novolukoml pleases with flowers in urban flower beds))After all, "unique" seedlings for urban flower beds are grown....in a hotel)))
