The staff here is simply excellent — always friendly, attentive and ready to help in any situation. It is especially impressive that even at night the door remains open, which creates a sense of comfort and security. My wife and I feel at home! Unfortunately, the reviews sometimes slander the girls from the staff — it's unfair and insulting. In fact, they are real professionals, they are always happy to see us and do everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
