Why are these sandwiches easily heated on the grill in cafes at some gas stations, and in some they start talking about the fact that the grill gets dirty from this and is heated directly in plastic in the microwave? Is there any general rule and standard of cooking? Or is it at the discretion of a particular cashier? If I had known that the sandwich would be heated in the microwave without removing the plastic, I simply would not have bought it. It's a strange approach, as if a restaurant were talking about how hard it is for a cook to clean a stove.
