My colleague and I bought tickets in advance for the Lux Express bus Moscow — Donetsk, departing on December 11, 2025 at 16:00. However, we were a couple of minutes late, and the flight attendant didn't even contact us. The money for the pre-paid tickets was burned. I had to look for tickets for another flight. We are currently on the Moscow— Simferopol bus and waiting for two passengers. We will no longer go on business trips with this company.

Disgusting trip Donetsk-Moscow 09/10/2025. The bus arrived at 4.45 instead of the announced 11.00. The subway is not working, they don't care how to get further. But first. There is very little space between the chairs. It's extremely inconvenient. And if the person sitting in front throws back his own, then turn out the light. Coffee and tea are offered only on the move, so few people order. It's shaking. The bus stop was turned down. Stops. They couldn't have come up with anything smarter than making stops not based on traffic, but turning around, driving back ten kilometers and offering passengers a boring cafe among the truckers, where the word "check" is puzzling, and the toilet, despite its cleanliness, is not washed and smelly. Lux Express is an Anti-Suite. I don't advise you, I definitely won't go with them.

I was traveling on 16.08 by bus (additional flight) at 16:00. The flight attendant is very rude. I offered coffee and tea once for the whole trip at 20:00. The hatches in the floor were unscrewed when we left Donetsk.When the flight attendant was called, she replied that it was not their bus and the driver would board at the border.And as we drove to the border, we held the hatch with our feet because all the dust was flying at us. The air conditioner was barely working.It was hot. I've always ridden your buses for many years, but it was a horror, not a ride.

I'm on the Lux-Express bus Moscow-Donetsk flight 12/26/2025. I've always used this company before, but now it's a quiet horror. There is a space between the seats for a height of 174 cm (not at all). It's good that there's an aisle seat. The front half of the bus is melting from the heat, and the other half is freezing. And this is the month of December. Trips are no longer a Luxury.

A creepy crew that only allows itself to raise its voice, smokes endlessly, the conductor smells of sweat and sour tobacco, climbs onto a chair with bare dirty feet that rub off on your clothes. Disgusting attitude towards passengers. Seats were purchased in advance at the Donetsk office for flight 04/25/2025 at 16:00. Upon landing in Moscow, it turned out that these seats had been sold to others. The boarding passes were taken away and planted at the very end. The office refers to the ticket offices in Moscow, the flight attendant shows a list where there is no reservation at all. The situation is not resolved in any way. Mom and grandmother, 60 and 85 years old, were on a flight to Istanbul on 04.07. I was very worried about how they would get there. But although the path is long, they were very satisfied, all the way I heard from them about the professionalism of the parents, the responsiveness and politeness of the accompanying Tanya. A trip on the Donetsk-Moscow route 07/17/2024. bus without a stewardess. Only drivers. There were two stops during the ten-hour journey. The first one is on some kind of site covered with rubble. A couple of smelly cafes. Dusting. But at least this way. The second stop is in some kind of hole, near a free toilet. And that's all for now. The passengers are outraged. Not like buying tea or coffee. There's just nowhere to buy water. Disgusting. Since 2015, I have been traveling to Moscow by this carrier. Every time the servers get worse and worse. I was traveling from Donetsk to Stavropol on 06/21/2025. Oksana, the flight attendant, had a terrible and ugly conversation with the passengers. She was rude to everyone and behaved abominably. The driver was also freaking out and shouted that he would stop the bus and not go anywhere. The attitude is terrible, the trip is ruined. If you still need to take the bus, I will not take this company for sure.

On the day of my departure, they issued tickets with an official seat. Fortunately, the bus was half empty and I was able to transfer. On the way, the bus broke down, another one picked us up near Moscow. We arrived an hour and a half later.

A terrible carrier. To my husband on the buses on the Donetsk-Kislovodsk flight. We have been traveling for many years, since other carriers do not carry in this direction. Therefore, they allow broken buses to be released on the flight. One day, parents with a child took this flight during heavy rain. We got on the bus, all the seats were soaked through. The stewardess handed out garbage bags to lay on the completely wet seats. There were puddles underfoot!!! And when it started raining again, people opened umbrellas on the bus. The roof was leaking so much. And the road is more than 15 hours! After the scandal, my family was transferred to official positions. The bus from Kislovodsk is constantly 2 hours late, the bus constantly breaks down on the way, some air conditioners do not work.

The Donetsk-Moscow route. 27.07.24 We bought new buses. But..., the staff on the bus (specifically, one of the drivers) behaved aggressively and disgustingly. He told me that his word on the bus was the law. Hand luggage, in the form of a small backpack, cannot be placed on the luggage rack without explaining the reasons. (although the shelves near the driver are all littered with packages). He took the passenger's personal belongings and threw them off the shelf. In communication, he "pokes", arguing that he is older. This is the first time I've seen this, although I've traveled with this carrier many times. Hot drinks on the flight were canceled. Hello! At one time, it was one of the good carrier companies. Now it has become one of the worst. 06/29/2024 My parents were traveling from Donetsk to Moscow, so the stewardess burned my Mother with boiling water. And we went in the opposite direction on 07/21/2024. So there was no stewardess at all, and the question can be boiled (the answer was the Driver's.) There is only cold water. We were traveling on December 6 from Moscow to Donetsk by Yutong Luxury Express bus number 765. The bus itself is extremely inconvenient!!! The seats are narrow and clearly shaped like a person from China or Vietnam. They are also pressed inside, so that after a couple of hours it starts to ache, and after 6-8 hours it becomes completely unbearable! There is almost no legroom between the seats, you sit as if in a Soviet Zaporozhets. And after 6 hours, my legs hurt, especially in my knees. In addition, one of the drivers immediately said that the bus was leased, so no sandwiches were on the bus and on the upper shelves so that nothing was put down so that the shelves would not fall off, and they also did not put them under our feet, so there are supposedly cells for charging phones and this is only for our safety. So, from what convenience in a new Chinese bus came to Donetsk "broken" and exhausted. The horror!!!

We booked tickets by phone from Moscow. The girl said that the ticket price includes luggage. The ticket price is 3 thousand rubles. We were standing, waiting for the landing. As a result, people had to trudge to the checkout and additionally buy stickers for 250 rubles. Stupor. The drivers were "attacked". Then it turned out that the bus charge is not 3 tons, but 2750. A big request to the employees who accept the reservation is to explain it more clearly so that there are no conflicting and incomprehensible situations. So that passengers can buy luggage stickers in advance.

I booked a ticket on the Moscow -Donetsk bus (golden 022) upon arrival in Donetsk on April 15. The stewardess offered to make a reservation for the return trip to Moscow. I wrote down my Donetsk number, series and passport number. She told me to call and buy a ticket 2 days before the departure of the bus. I call, as I was told, it turns out that the reservation was canceled without my knowledge. The dispatcher replies that the statute of limitations on the reservation has expired. The question is, why mislead passengers?

Ticket for 3.11 from Essentuki (departure Zolotushka bus station) to Rostov. Hello! I want to write my honest review about this company. The first flights we had with Lux Express were good, but the flight Donetsk-Moscow on 09.05 at 16:00 was terrible. At first, we waited in Amvrosievka for half an hour for some passenger who got the time wrong at the bus, when we crossed the border, we waited for an hour for passengers. Then we got caught in heavy hail and water was seeping through the glass in the back of the bus.And thanks to that, we were almost an hour late.

This is not the first time I use the services of this company, there are pros and cons. The polite staff and other buns sometimes compensate for the condition of the buses themselves. BUT the biggest plus is the availability of tickets and official departure from bus stations. After my family and I were left at the Motel with our suitcases waiting for another carrier, we turned to the Luxury Express and left. We drove badly, the rear seats were broken, condensation from the air conditioner was pouring on his head, the child received heat stroke... But we arrived where we needed to, and we took the tickets back immediately so that they were in a convenient part of the bus. And this year we are going again, unfortunately, not by car. But if we choose from all the evils, we will choose the least, the one that will not leave on the sidelines.

The window was open ALL night!In the morning, in the parking lot, after hearing from me that I would write a complaint, I closed the window for a while, turned on the heating. But! Not for long ! It's open again.The cabin is cold.The passengers put on their jackets. The floor of the cabin coughs and sneezes. The answer to all outrages is the same - go with another carrier! At 9:00, another driver came out, the window was closed - the air conditioner was turned on, which could not be removed over a specific seat in any way (in other buses it was possible to reduce the air flow or remove it altogether), blows directly into the ear! How weird was the trip to Moscow on 9.09.b11-45 (polite and attentive stewardess, Wi-Fi, peace and quiet, a comfortable switch from cold air) health is just as spoiled(!) by the refrigerator on this flight, I'm already silent about the "cinema hall" until one o'clock at night with full volume (who needs it when The whole salon to sleep!?) We called and booked a ticket from Moscow to Donetsk, we had to confirm it in the morning from 9 to 12 to the Moscow number. they called, the subscriber is unavailable. after that, they called the Donetsk office and told us that they had confirmed the reservation, and to approach the bus half an hour in advance. We are not on the list, the Donetsk office did not give them a confirmation of the reservation. as a result, a night at the train station, a missed birthday. It's just awful.

The trip began with a broken wheel, a bolt flew out, a gearbox broke down in Rostov-on-Don, which was repaired twice, the flight was delayed by 6 hours from the schedule!!! The Kislovodsk - Donetsk bus, the driver is boorish and greedy to the point of outrage. I took bags to deliver a bag to Donetsk, a bag for a scarlet backpack is incomplete 1000 rubles, for bags more than 3000 rubles. Despite the fact that the ticket + bag is 1700 rubles. So for a couple of bags, 10,000 is already in your pocket. Please pay attention to such employees, maybe it is worth organizing the delivery of bags officially, according to the tariffs? The way from Donetsk to Moscow. Positive:the bus is comfortable, clean, the accompanying woman is Oksana, very polite and caring. That's the end of the pros.The first stop was 7 hours later. The road took more than a day, only the MKAD.At the entrance to the MKAD, the bus was stopped by the traffic police. After 40 minutes of standing on the spot, we were informed that the bus had been arrested and no one would go anywhere else. They dropped everyone off right on the road with the words, you get further as you want.On the way, we were informed that this carrier was not allowed to enter the bus station itself. Passengers were forced to travel at their own expense. If you have taken up the transportation of people, then be kind enough to provide comfortable transportation from the beginning to the final destination.
