Zero organization !!! An order was made. Delivery was promised by the end of the week. A week has passed, no call, nothing. I call myself at the beginning of next week, we arrange for delivery again and, of course, no one calls on the day of delivery. We dial it ourselves and hear that there will be no delivery today.
