Not a bad condominium on the first line of Jomtien beach. Pleasant territory, swimming pool on the ground floor and 6th floor, shop and cafe on the territory, Parking (paid), many Russian families with children. The beach across the street, 7-11, night market, fish restaurant are all within walking distance. The upper floors offer magnificent views of the Gulf of Thailand and the city.

Jomtien,even Najomtien,a condo where it is always clean,where they are friendly,where the sea is just around the corner and not so expensive,especially buildings E and D,where there is a Zumba in the evenings,there are two cafes,a shop,near 7/11,Tops,and also a walk along the sea,to Dongtan and back,10 km.There is nowhere else in Pattaya with such a long route.

Surprisingly quiet, beautiful, comfortable condo. There is a green area, you can sit and relax, and there is a sports ground for those who want to. There is a playground. For buildings A, B, C there is a sauna and a hammam. Beautiful pool on the 6th floor. The sea is across the street. In general, for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay, that's the thing!
