We were at this institution on 23.09.25 celebrating mom's birthday. The service is simply disgusting, we booked a table on the flight, at the specified time no one even met or led us to the table. The table was already secured before our arrival, initially at the request to replace the plates, as these may already be in the dust, they just twisted their face and that was it. The table was covered in sticky traces from the glasses, the sofas were covered in trash and ashes. Not everything that was in the pre-order was brought, to which the waiter said that he had no other dishes in the pre-order. During the half hour that we sat, the waiter never cleared the trash and dirty dishes from the table. On top of that, when they asked for the bill, the waiter was not even aware that they had come to celebrate a birthday and, of course, they did not get a discount on the bill, it was time to wait until the bill was redone
