Довольно старая и ушатанная квартира. Горячей воды нет, бойлер не справляется. Из гигиенических принадлежностей есть только кусок мыла, нет ни шампуней, ни жидкого мыла, ни даже туалетной бумаги. Раскладной диван в зале не очень удобный, диван на кухне непригоден для сна. Местами отваливаются обои, балкон захламлен
