Communication with the employee at the reception leaves much to be desired. After checking the jackets, the first thing she said was: "This is a sintepon, if it goes down, we are not responsible." If you cannot guarantee high-quality cleaning and careful handling, why offer such services at all? When she asked for a phone number, I offered two in case of need. To this she replied: "We won't call you anyway." Then why ask for the number at all? Overall, the service left an unpleasant impression and looked unprofessional.
