The staff is frostbitten .
They came, sat, and left.
We came to this wonderful place, the waitress came up and said that only the bar and pizza and salads were working in the kitchen- okay. She turned around and left.
We waited 30 minutes for her to appear, but she didn't come up - they called another one, who took the order and returned 5 minutes later and said that it was all over, the whole kitchen was closed.
We've already wasted 45 minutes on everything. They asked me to call the administrator.
The administrator walked for 20 minutes, waiting purely out of principle.
The receptionist is a fiasco in general - she came up to the table, sprawled on the couch and tells that she has the end of the month and she needs to do a summary, supposedly she can't keep an eye on the institution and the most she can do is apologize.
The establishment is full of slag and lives while there is no competition . The attitude is bestial. We've worked in restaurants all our lives - we understand all the difficulties, but we've never allowed ourselves to do that.
And everything would have been fine if the first waitress had immediately said that the order would not be accepted.
The result is that the waiters don't care about anything.
The receptionist went straight to the trash , she couldn't even apologize , except for the phrase "the most I can do is apologize"

The five of us arrived with friends for dinner at 20:20, we were seated at the table and given a menu. We waited 40 minutes for the waiter. A lot of waiters passed by us during this time, everyone looked at us, but no one took the order. At 21:05, the waitress came over and took the order, but returned 5 minutes later and said that orders were accepted until 21:00. When we asked why no one had approached us for 40 minutes, we were hungry and hungry, she said she would clarify now and come back. As a result, she left and we never saw her again. At 21:30 we called the administrator. The admin, with a face of complete indifference, said that she couldn't do anything, and she couldn't control such moments either, since she was busy. Bottom line: we lost an hour of time and were left hungry, we could have had dinner at another place. The staff deliberately did not want to accept the order in order to go home as soon as possible.

The waiter did not come up to us for a long time and did not take the order. Then they said that the kitchen was completely closed. All the staff didn't care about our presence, a large group came and as a result they treated us like cattle. The concept of a service is completely absent. It's just a diner with a piggy for "everyone who agrees." They didn't even apologize or offer to compensate for the negative situation, which indicates a complete lack of service. As they say, the fish rots from the head…
If you don't want to risk ruining your evening, don't count on this place.
