There was an unpleasant experience with booking an apartment. The reservation was made two weeks before arrival, and I called the representative for a few days. We agreed that I will call you when I am in Minsk. After arriving at the appointed time, they called, the representative said he would call back in 10 minutes, as a result, he disappeared for an hour and a half. After I called him myself, he told me the "pleasant" news that the reservation had not reached him, writing off everything as a "glitch" of Yandex. Naturally, he can't move in anywhere, since everything is occupied and he asked to cancel the reservation and request a refund. I misled the Yandex support service, told them that I refused the reservation myself, and he was ready to provide an alternative, in fact, the representative did not have a desire to assist. In the dialogue, he made it clear that he did not want to look for anything. I had to look for a hotel on my own, and they spent the whole day on it. In fact, this is not a hotel at all, but just an apartment in an apartment building. There are a lot of random photos in the profile that are not related to this "institution". It is very suspicious that there are a lot of positive comments in the profile. I noticed that they were written at about the same time, so think about it. I do not recommend it.

The reviews are screwed up, take a look for yourself. The apartment is just dead, there are streaks on the windows, a cockroach almost hung himself in the bathroom. Communication with the staff is simply disgusting, they answered reluctantly, as if doing a favor. One day there was enough to run away losing your sneakers.

We recently took a reservation for May 7, by which time the staff had prepared excellent accommodation without a single hindrance. A soft bedroom, a wonderful shower room and three delicious meals a day. A great hotel for a long stay and also five minutes from the center!

Nightmarish conditions
When checking in three people, a set of towels and pillows were only for two. The hair dryer was also missing, as was the cleaning of the entire apartment. The administrator gave out a pillow and a hair dryer only on the second day of his stay, while he did not make contact in any way and did not care about customers.
A separate mention is the shower stall with a hole in the floor, from where all the water poured onto the tiles in the bathroom
I am attaching photos of these "luxury apartments". Positive reviews are most likely inflated, since it is impossible to believe in them after what you have seen.
