The hotel is located far from the center, but this did not limit us at all. Firstly, it is crowded and stuffy in the city center in autumn, and secondly, there is a fairly cheap taxi in Tbilisi, especially so that you can have time to see everything, this is the best way to travel. The new three-storey, cozy, modern building has everything you need: clean and well-maintained rooms with a refrigerator, an excellent bathroom, a comfortable bed and balconies; terrace; parking; kitchen; mini garden; excellent views. The entire territory of the hotel is fenced, there is a pretty fast WiFi everywhere. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. It is possible to wash and iron clothes. Separately, it is worth noting the owners of the hotel Medea and Levon. Very hospitable, sincere and decent people. It is clear that they are trying very hard to make the life of the guests as comfortable and interesting as possible. They can throw up great ideas for leisure or, even better, organize their own individual, unforgettable excursion, and for quite a little money. We drove a very comfortable and comfortable minivan, which can accommodate 4-5 people with ease and comfort. A great, cozy new hotel with high-quality renovation and furniture. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, very convenient and comfortable. Located in a quiet area, private sector. Taxi from the center 4-6 GEL. There is a private parking. Friendly hosts, they help in everything. The breakfasts were taken on the spot, quite modest, but they did not stay hungry.

Friendly, hospitable staff, very responsive and happy to welcome guests. Clean and comfortable rooms, a cozy courtyard, delicious breakfasts and very low prices by the standards of Tbilisi. 10 min by taxi to Tb sea, water park and yacht club, 15 min by taxi to the city center, located very conveniently in terms of entertainment for every taste.
