When we visited this place, it was a beautiful sunny autumn windless day. The castle is located in a picturesque place, its reconstruction continues, from the wall adjacent to the Neman, we observed three roe deer across the river. You can visit the inner territory, go around the outer one. I liked this place.

It seems incredible, but the castle was once built on a man-made hill. Unfortunately, time and war have not spared the castle, almost all that we see is a renovation. But the good news is that the restoration is not standing still. The plan even includes filling the moats around the castle with water. In the meantime, you can take a walk around the castle and the surrounding area on your own. It won't take much time.
