I do not recommend this place! I came to celebrate my birthday. I was given a broken wine glass. As a result, I almost swallowed a piece of glass along with the lemonade. Perhaps I even swallowed part of the glass ... ((( The waitresses are sleepy. No one even checked the table setting and the broken wine glass. Very expensive prices. A meager menu. But even so, we came with the mood to celebrate the holiday, and then such an incident. I was confused and of course did not call the police, which I regret very much. For their part, the management did not even get in touch and did not call me. They also refused to reimburse me for basic moral damage. I communicated through the administrator Kristina, who vaguely apologized to me and repeated what the management told her. So if you, like me, are served a chipped wine glass, then you will not prove anything, they will just send you to the forest and that's it! There was a smell of burning in the hall, the extractor hood did not work at all. There was simply nothing to breathe. The terrier is very, very simple at such inflated prices. I did not understand the concept of this institution at all, and I am not talking about the disregard of the administration at all. It is very, very far from respecting the customer there! If your health is dear to you, I do not recommend this institution! I had children with me, I was very scared for them because at first I did not understand where the glass came from. The holiday was ruined. The mood is at zero. I've been under a lot of stress. And they didn't even call me back, they didn't ask me how my condition was.. I called them myself, they absolved themselves of all responsibility. I want the administration to be in my shoes and experience the same stress that I experienced.
