Friendly staff at the car acceptance. That was the end of all the good things. They promised a three-phase car wash with some kind of protective coating. An order for a car wash + salon. When I got into the waiting room, my car was visible on the cameras. As soon as the washing process started, the camera miraculously turned off. Exactly 14 minutes later, I was informed that the car was ready!!! Bottom line: it was poorly washed, there was sand under the carpets in the cabin, and the carpets themselves were also cleaned. There is no question of a protective coating (although the money for it was charged 18 rubles). It started to rain, and you can see from the glass that they didn't even pour any wax. I'm not going anymore.

It's better not to visit them! If you don't want a scratched car from being rubbed with dirty rags. The car was washed disgustingly. The windows are dirty, worse than before the car wash. The whole car is in a raid. Even the bird droppings were not washed, which I eventually cleaned with a wet cloth.
