I stopped by on 7.10.2025 for a tire service. The 16" alloy wheels should be re-shod and rebalanced. There were no other jobs. We did it well and quickly. But!!! 87 rubles . With an average check in the city of 50-65!!! In principle, it's my own fault that the price didn't specify right away. But the greed of this tire repair is already completely over the edge.

Since this could be my subjective assessment, I decided not to focus on it and still sign up tomorrow. We have decided on the time. The receptionist asked for my phone number. Before I dictated the number, I asked if it was possible to clean the seats from stains. Because I understand that it will take more time than a regular car wash, so you need to book additional time. Without listening to me, the receptionist practically started shouting. It was extremely unpleasant and unexpected. Of course, I canceled the car wash. Dear owner, if you are reading the reviews, please pay attention to the communication skills of the staff. I repeat, until today, for me it was the No. 1 car wash in the city. I'm not coming here anymore.

I've been visiting them once a month for the third year now. Cars are washed as a whole by 4+. There is no dryer, so sometimes there are small stains, but the staff manually tries to wipe everything dry, so you don't want to find fault with it and only respect. I ordered a dry cleaning once after a lot of maintenance work - the man was conjuring with a typewriter as if it were his own. I didn't spare a ruble for such work. Yes, there is coffee with cookies, washing from 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the number of services ordered). But I usually go to the store and come back to finish. But one day we were preparing for the wedding of a friend, I ordered maximum services so that the car sparkled. The washing took an hour, and in order not to waste time, I left for preparation, but I knew that I would not be able to return in an hour, I would be late by 30-40 minutes. I left the keys with the receptionist, who drove the car to the back parking lot without any problems. I arrived, took the keys, got in and left. I don't know if it's service or human understanding, but I love this car wash for this attitude and so far I'm only serviced by them.

Not tire fitting, but some kind of guard, I just needed to assemble four wheels and balance them, they took 50 rubles for this, as for a full range of tire fitting services, while the employee asked for 10 rubles. he was handed over and 40 through the cashier, the check was not issued, during further proceedings the employee claimed that he had calculated everything correctly, was rude, when asked to show the price list of each service separately, he said that they only had such a general one, where the price for a full range of services is indicated. A convincing request to the owner, deal with your staff and their requests "past the cash register" and not punching checks.

I stood for more than an hour, for some reason during this time the administrator missed 2 cars that arrived later, without commenting on it.
