On Monday morning, I turned to the service early without recording, as I broke down near the service, asked if it was possible to bring a car on a tow truck, the master said it was possible, brought a car, the car was inspected within 5 hours (yes, not quickly, but people were recorded besides me in advance for repairs). The diagnosis took about half an hour, they said that the necessary spare parts could not be delivered today since it was 17:00, but the next morning by 9:00, that is, they promised to bring them to the opening of the service.
