The diagnosis took about half an hour, they said that the necessary spare parts could not be delivered today since it was 17:00, but the next morning by 9:00, that is, they promised to bring them to the opening of the service. At 11:00 the car was repaired, I paid for spare parts without extra charge, the repair costs more than humane money. Thank you so much for the quick and high-quality repairs! I called this organization about the replacement of the timing belt, the price for work starts from 1,500 rubles and this is only work without spare parts. As for the managers who pick up the phone, they don't understand cars at all, they start consulting with mechanics.those, in turn, say come on, we'll see what's the point of going if there are no guarantees that you will do it.
