A solid four. For me, 5 should be wow wow, and four is an extremely decent place that I can recommend to visit.
We had breakfast, and the price/volume ratio was great. One of the dishes was a little salty, perhaps this is its peculiarity. Coffee as a gift for breakfast is undoubtedly a great bonus. It's also delicious.
The staff is polite and helpful, but not intrusive. Great.
I would like to complain about the less atmospheric places on the street, although the interior style is consistent. Tourists may not appreciate the lack of Wi-Fi.

1) Long service time
2) they bring cold water to the coffee (I don't mind cold water), then boiling water. Why the boiling water?
3) we served a branded breakfast for 1 hour.
4) I got a hair in my English breakfast dish.
5) there was no salmon for the Scandinavian breakfast
6) we were not allowed in at 8 a.m., as cleaning had begun.
7) the beans are sour!

A good place, a standard menu for a coffee shop, but I would like to note: excellent waiters, unusual pasta, delicious creamy pasta with salmon and broccoli, a good Scandinavian breakfast for its price.

It's a good place. I tried all the breakfasts they had, I was satisfied. Of the cons, although the guys open early, the kitchen does not always work at the same time. I used to come at 8:30, and they said that the barista and the cook were not there yet.

A very cozy and quiet place. One of the best coffees in Bishkek and the food is delicious. Comfortable seating.
