For the third time, he asked me to send more photos in order to somehow insure myself. The photos were sent dark and incomprehensible. Perhaps the room is dark or the camera is not very good. As a result, one of the ordered chepraks, worth about $ 100, turned out to be completely unsuitable for work. Moreover, it was stated in the description that this is high-quality leather. The defect is called "venting". When the top layer of skin comes off and forms blisters. They unsubscribed from my letter from the factory, making it clear that there would be no apologies, and it was my fault.
Keep in mind, as I understand it now, the marriage is being deliberately concealed. If you do not have the opportunity to personally come to the production to select the leather, then it is better not to contact M.leather.

I believe that I, as a customer, have the right, if you change something, to see the photo of the exchange for free, and not to pay for what you do not have in stock.
