The company is not customer-oriented at all. They write on the website that they work without lunch, but they persistently do not pick up the phone from 14.00 to 15.00, and at that time the nameplate "lunch" is hanging in the office. I couldn't get through at the specified time, so I went to the office. It turned out on the spot that my parcel was too big, and they would not pick it up from the office (there is not a word about this on the website). The manager suggested that I return home and place an order on my own through the website. That's customer-centric!They didn't even offer to register on the spot. When asked why no one answered the phone from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., there was silence. I don't recommend it in general.

Important documentation was not delivered on time. I had to send it by mail. It is not possible to get through. Reading the reviews, you just ask yourself the question: Where are the Government agencies looking? Why is the quality of services not monitored? They can't pick up the parcel for several days, it's impossible to get through, they're rude, they want to go, they don't want to go. The answer is always the same: "I'll take it if I have time." The service in Grodno has deteriorated terribly. Find a person already and open an office! You can't throw employees around like that. I really hope that the head of the company will see this review!

After sending the goods, the goods can go to the recipient for a week or maybe two. The fact that they say that the next day is a rarity. We ship several cargoes and permanent shoals with them every day. It is impossible to get through to settle the issue, they just don't pick up the phone. In general, it's terrible, don't mess with it. I was correctly told that it is better to work with Autolight, so far there have never been any questions with them.

I ordered the delivery of the engine to the car from Gomel. I filled out an application for delivery on the website, indicated the weight of the engine with a margin (weight 120 kilograms, indicated 130 kilograms just in case). The application was accepted, they called and arrived 1.5 hours later for the engine. The driver stated that the weight was over 100 kilograms and he would not be lucky. Somehow we managed to come to an agreement and he took it away, they loaded it themselves. After 2 days, the engine was supposed to be in Volkovysk. What was the surprise when the recipient called and said that the engine would not be delivered, since it is located in Minsk, the city of Volkovysk is serviced by an office in Lida, and the Lida office refuses to take a parcel weighing over 100 kilograms. I remind you that 130 kilograms were indicated in the application and it was accepted for execution, they took the amount for delivery when loading the engine in Gomel. As a result, the money was not returned, we had to go from Volkovysk to Minsk to get the engine and deliver it by our own transport. Bottom line: This is how business is done "our way".
